Sechedule 'A' Section-I PART A EQUIPMENT CHILLERS Supply ,installation, testing and commissioning of Scroll Water Chilling Machine each specified capacities hereunder, suitable for operation on refrigerant Non CFC environment friendly refrigerator each comprising of the following complete as per specification and as required. The scope of work shall also include necessary lifting, shifting and positioning of chiller at location as shown on drawing comprises the followings Scroll Water Chilling Machine each having a capacity of 181440 K.CAL/ Hour (60 TR) at chilled water inlet/ outlet temperature of 54 Deg. F (12.22 Deg.C) / 44 Deg. F (6.67 Deg.C) with chilled water circulation rate of 144 GPM (nominal) and condenser water inlet/ outlet temperature of 90 Deg. F (32.22 Deg. C)/ 100 Deg.F (37.77 Deg. C) with circulation rate 180 GPM (Actual) (1W+1S) Refrigerant - R - 134a/407C/CFC free R-410 a gas. Evaporator Fouling Factor: 0.0005 (British Units) Condenser Fouling Factor: 0.001 (British Units) Min. COP = 4.7 Min. IPLV = 5.8 Max 1 KW/TR=0.70 Maximum Pressure Drop in evaporator- 8 mt Maximum Pressure Drop in condenser- 8 mt Each Chilling Machine shall also comprise the following (a) Micro processor controller scroll type chiller compressor semi hermetic sealed complete single/multi circuit with automatic capacity control, safety switches, speed increasing gears, forced feed lubrication system etc. as per specifications = 01 Nos (b) Suitable capacity in built refrigerant cooled drip proof squirrel cage induction motor with class 'F' Insulation suitable for operation on 415+10% volts, 50Hz, A.C. Supply = 01 Nos (b-1) Online scale preventer including necessary items=01 Nos Note :- For other requirment of this item refer note 31 alongwith other notes as given on srl page No 13 to 17 of CA.

CHILLED WATER PUMPS Supply and installed 144 GPM at 35 m head(1W+1S) chilled water pump of factory designed, built, tested Back pull out long coupled End Suction Pump with electric motor for re-circulation of water for the central air conditioning system, the pumps shall be rigid coupled protected by OSHA complaint coupling guard, with CI casing, Bronze impeller, high strength steel shaft. The pump motor shall be suitable for 415± 10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase AC power supply of IE3 efficiency class. Pumps shall have outside type mechanical seal and CI casing, Bronze Impeller & SS Shaft. The internal components of pumps including mechanical seal shall be suitable to sustain a temperature of 122 degree Fahrenheit minimum efficiency of pump shall be as per manufacturers. The pump shall be designed for PN-16 pressure ratings, complete all as specified & comprises the followings. (a) Suitable HP, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor IE-3 with class 'F' insulations 1450 rpm synchronous speed, operating on 415 + 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply = 1 No. (b) Expanded polystyrene (T.F. Quality) insulation of not less than 75mm thick duly cladded with aluminium sheets of 24 G thickness and properly clamped to pump in two semicircular section as per specifications = 01 Lot. (c) Mounting mild steel frame work duly power coated paint with anti vibration pads = 01 Lot. (d) Sound level of pump shall not be more than 85 dBA at 1.5m distance.' 2A.

All as per srl item No 2 above but 40 GPM at 35 m head(1W+1S) Hot water pumps with operating temparature from 75°C to 85 °C.

CONDENSER PUMP Supply and installed 180 GPM at 20 m head(1W+1S) of factory designed, built, tested back pull out long coupled End Suction Pump with electric motor for re-circulation of water for the central air conditioning system. The pumps shall be rigid coupled protected by OSHA complaint coupling guard, with CI casing, Bronze impeller, high strength steel shaft. The pump motor shall be suitable for 415± 10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase AC power supply of IE3 efficiency class. Pumps shall have outside type mechanical seal and CI casing, Bronze Impeller & SS Shaft. COOLING TOWERS: Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of FRP Induced draft counter flow type cooling towers CTI approved of capacity 75 TR(1W+1S). The Cooling Tower shall be complete with FRP Casing, FRP Basin, Unpressurised Gravity Flow – Header and branch arm water distribution system. 0.2 mm thick PVC Film Fills, High Efficiency Drift Eliminators and direct driven Axial Flow Propeller type aerofoil design fans with adjustable pitch type blades and Totally Enclosed Air Over (TEAO) and High Efficiency (IE3, 'F' insulation) grade IP-65 rating motor, capable of working under moist air steam with weatherproof construction and FRP / GSS canopy etc; fitting, GI wire mesh at air inlet area, HDG supports, Hot Dip Galvanized Steel ladder, overflow, automatic make-up water, equalizing & quick fill arrangements and connection provision etc; No sprinkler system, no belt drive or gear box are acceptable comprises the followings. Ambient temperature Summer- 110 ⁰F DB, 75 ⁰F WB Monsoon- 95 ⁰F DB, 83 ⁰F WB WB approach 7 ⁰F Inlet temperature of Condenser- 90 ⁰F Outlet temperature of Condenser- 100 ⁰F

HOT WATER GENERATOR: M&L for providing and installing electrically operated Hot Water Generator of capacity 60 KW, 40 GPM tank shall vertical type of minium storage 40 Ltr, made of 6mm thick MS plate and having 1mm thick stainless steel lining with heaters arranged in banks and controlled by electronic controller having facility to set required temperature and thermostats so that following flow rate hot water at 70° C and with nominal variations could be supplied including 75mm thick fibre glass/ mineral wool/ insulation finished with 1.25mm thick G.I. sheet clading including necessary electrical panel board made out of CRC sheet 1.6 mm thick, having suitable incoming & outgoing switch gears for boiler and pump automatic controls including inlet and outlet connections for water, foundation for boiler as per manufacturers specifications complete all as specified & directed.

OPEN EXPENSION TANK: Supplying, installing ,testing & commissioning of expansion tank of size 1.0x1.0x1.0m made of out MS sheet of 3 mm thick duly painted two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide zinc chrome primer with inlet/ outlet valve Float valve, full way gate valve of 32mm dia & drain valve of 40 mm dia duly insulated and plastered complete all as specified & directed.

The actuator shall be capable of accepting upto 10V DC and upto 20 mA electric signal and shall provide similar transduced feedback output to control system. Maximum close off pressure shall not be less than 6 Bar for upto 50 mm valves and 7 Bar for 65 mm & above. Valves should have pressure rating of 10 Bar minimum.

CONDENSER PIPE Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of condenser water pipes 100 mm bore diaof following sizes of MS 'C' class along with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends, tees etc.but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc. adequately supported on steel rigid supports duly painted/ buried in ground excavation and refilling etc. as per specification and as required complete in all respect. Note:-The Pipes size 150mm & below shall be M.S. 'C' class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia. And from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of Self Cleaning Pot Stainer Cum Sediment Separator for 100 mm dia fabricated out of MS IS 226 with SS 304 filter element at outlet of Cooling Tower for condenser water circulation complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 10mmdia. Automatic air vent in brass construction complete with nipples, union etc. as required at all high points in the pipe lines. The valve shall be such as to have non-return valve as integral part of the vent complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing, & Commissioning of 25mm diameter Plug valves in dirt legs complete with nipples etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Providing and fixing in position of approved make differential pressure switch of brass body complete with copper control wiring at condenser and chiller outlet of each machine complete all as specified & directed.

PART D AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM (SHEET METAL DUCT) Supply,essembly and erection of GI sheet 24 Gauge with TDF flange rectangular/square duct/plenum made out of 'L'shaped hollow profile ,duly factory boxed including all accessories such as Corner ,Cleat,Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as per drawing specified & directed.

Supplying, fixing testing commissioning of supply air diffusers of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying, fixing testing commissioning of Return air diffusers of powder coated aluminium without volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying, installing and testing of fresh air GI intake louvers with VCD, bird screen and carbon filter complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of appropriate sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications.

Supply and fixing acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 15 mm thick Open Cell engineered Nitrile Rubber foam of density 140-180 kg/cu.m with in built Microban and tested as per ISO 354:2003, ISO 11654:1997 and ASTM C 423 etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing and fixing of acoustic lining on wall and ceiling of AHU rooms with 25mm thick Rigid Board of Glass wool one side aluminium faced and other side black glass cloth lamination, density 70 to 80 kg/cu.m complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 40mm thick duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 Kg /Cum and 40mm thickness with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier , thickness of insulation complete all as specified and including the following:- (a) M & L for cleaning the duct surface( to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of mill scale ,durt,dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M & L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M & L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon / steel straps of size 12mm / 50mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

Supply & fixing, testing and commissioning of Lockable isolator box in powder coated MS enclosure suitable for wall mounting and floor mounting with provisions of incoming and outgoing cables. The protection class of the Isolator Box shall be IP-55 & the rating should be 40 amp, 4 pole complete all specified & directed.

CABLE: Supply laying commissioning and testing of XLPE insulated, unarmoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 4 Core x 6 Sqmm (copper) for hot water pumps, Cooling Towers and AHUs fixed on walls or laid in ducts/trenches/flooring complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete as shown in electical plate No 3 with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below and above 15 cm of earth plate. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip of 32x6mm by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers. Strip laid in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe and earth strip up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the unit rates quoted by the contractor) with following requirments:- (a) GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm. (b) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (GI Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm internal dimension constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 including RCC 1 :2:4 type B0 reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars @100 mm c/c bothways pit cover 25mm thick with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover. (d) Angle iron frame made of 40x40x4 mm for 30x30 cm PCC pit for holding the pit cover. (e ) Apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed steel surfaces and two coat of hot tar on embedded portion of steel surfaces.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32x6mm galvanised iron strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. including necesssary excavation and earth work if any required at site in soft/loose soil and remove of surplus soil out side defence land complete all as specified & directed.

CABLE TRAY: Supply, fabricating and installing of perforated cable trays of size 50 x 300 x 50 and made out of MS steel 2 mm thick including horizontal and vertical bends, reducers, tees, cross members and other accessories as required, and duly suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders, including powder coated painting on all steel surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

All as per srl item No 51 above but 50 x 150 x 50 mm thick made out of 2 mm thick mild steel sheet.

Supply,laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables heavy duty 1100 volts graded with multi stranded aluminium conductor conforming to IS-7098, cross-sectional area 185 sq mm 3.5 core fixed in duct/wall including angle iron support 50x50x6 mm and clamping with 25x3 mm flat iron duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat primer on steel surfaces including all connected accessories all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting of existing 100 mm dia pipe and inserted tee for connection of 40 mm dia pipe alongwith all tools and connected items accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 40 mm bore dia medium grade GI pipe alongwith necessary fitting/accessories fixed on wall with flat iron clamp 25x3 mm thick duly painted two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of gun metal gate valve heavy duty with iron wheel head, conforming to IS-778 & 1984, class I, screwed both ends as per IS-554, parelled for iron pipe of size 40mm bore comlete all as specified & directed .

B/R (PORTION) Section-II Dismantling wall panelling and ceiling boards (fibre pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Manning & operation of AC plant Sechedule 'A' Section-III Operation of Central type AC plant 2X60 TR installed at Thyroid lab of INMAS Delhi installed during defect liability period for 02 shifts of (08 hours per Shifts) (06.00 hrs to 14.00, 14.01 hrs to 22.00 hrs) all days of week including Sunday and Holidays for deployment of one operator per shift (ITI/ diploma holder having adequate experience in the respective trade) for two years from satisfactory completion of Phase-I test complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Water and Electric for operation of plant shall be provided free of cost by the department (b) All consumable items such as refrigrant gas, compressor oil, and grease including descaling with chemical, servicing of Plant, AHU, Ducts, Filters, condensing pipes & coil, Cooling towers, Fire dumpers, Heaters etc required for operation of plant shall be provided by contractor at his own cost as per the manufacturer`s instructions and direction of GE during period of manning and operations, cost of the same shall be deemed included in the unit rates quoted by the contractor. (c) Please ensure that all tradesmen engaged in subject work covered in EPF scheme. Proper documets shall be maintained in this regard and submitted alongwith each payment. (d) The expeses incurred due to insured and EPF scheme for the staff deployed by the contractor for manning and operation shall also be deemed included in the quoted rates of BOQ. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (e) In case contractor fails to employ the duty persoonel in any of the shift he shall be liable to bear the recovery @ Rs 1500/- per shift and no payment shall be made for that shift also.
