Demolishing R.C.C. work+B13:E24 manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional areas of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in :Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage ans all ifts complete

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage complete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Cold twisted bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms

Edges of slab under 20 cm wide

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Colour washing such as green blue or buff to give an even shade 13.48.1 New work (two or more coats) with a basecoat of white washing with lime

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm(weight not less than 10kg/sqm)
