Demolition for brickwork or stone masonry laid with cement mortar or cement lime mortar

Material and labour for Granite work with 20mm thick machine cut, Jet Black granite slab in single piece or two piece length, table rubbed and polished, laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust and admixture of pigments to match with shade of granite stone as in cooking platforms, microwave platform, WHB counter top in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, etc, including cutting, polishing and rounding to edges of stone slabs etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels with locking system) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.00 sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook , zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, incl Glazing shall be provided with 4.8mm thick Plain / frosted glass fixed with appropriate size beading as per manufacurer's specifications and Stainless steel wire mesh 0.36mm nominal dia and average width of aperature 1.40mm shall be provided with each window shutter, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (60mm x 58mm). T profile (Onevertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for use & waste of steel formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. to flat rough finished surfaces of concrete square or rectangle complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying with white putty of average thickness 3mm and making the surface to an even and smooth finish by rubbing with sand paper of different grade etc and applying two coats of Oil bound distermper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint primer by approved applicator of the manufacturer of the paint and all as specified and as approved.

M&L Preparing newly plastered surfaces of external walls and for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of wall and applying with white putty of average thickness 3mm and making the surface to an even and smooth finish by rubbing with sand paper of different grade etc and applying two coats of Oil bound distermper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint primer by approved applicator of the manufacturer of the paint and all as specified and as approved

Complete removal of existing treatment on external walls by wire brushing, crack filling & Bio-wash to fight microbial growth and for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as per manufacturer instruction as directed
