Detailed Engineering consultancy services for planning of site development including preliminary works like site surveys, contour mapping, soil investigation works, preparation of detailed scheme for external services (Site clearance, land development, roads culverts, foothpath, Area drainage, Sewage disposal, Fencing , Gates, compound wall, Retaining wall, Arboriculture, Water supply, Electric supply, Fire fighting, Centralized A/C, Cooling appliances, STP,security lighting,CCTV networks, other B/R & E/M services etc) alongwith detailed estimate for same and utilities and planning listed in Appx 'A' (i.e. Terms of reference) incl submission of DPR alongwith detailed architectural and structural drgs for the buildings/infrastructure, preparation of detailed estimates including submission of design & drawings duly vetting by IIT. Note:- (i) Necessary clearance/approval/vetting from the authorities/agency/dept like CRZ clearances ,forest clearances , Environment issues , EIA , CFEES , HTL ,LTL , Bathy metric and any other clearances which are required for the project is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and no extra payment is entertained on this account. (ii) Any statutory fee for CRZ clearance will be paid by the department on receipt of paid receipt. (iii) In case of variation in Plinth area, the rate to be adopted for preparation of architectural and structural drawings including vetting by IIT is at the rate of Rs.160/Sqm and shall be placed through deviation order.
