UPGRADATION OF ASSEMBLY STAGES IN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY BUILDING AND PROVN OF FLOOR TILES IN VERANDAH OF ADMN BLOCK OF PM SHRI KV NO.2 BELAGAVI AND PROVISION OF CHAINLINK FENCING FROM MAIN GATE TO TANK VIJANATHA CROSS AT SAINIK SCHOOL BIJAPUR

Surface excavation n. exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, including removal of the rubish upto 50m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in any type of soil, for foundation etc., or for laying of cable/ GI Pipe, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc., complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete M–25 (Design Mix) with admixtures, as in Foundations including Rafts, Footings, Foundation Beams, Plinth Beams, Bases for Columns, Basement slabs and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

Steel formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, rafts and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforcement using TMT bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforcement using TMT bars of Grade Fe-500D of 8mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonary type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm width and setting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick Rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers as 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 followed by 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply of WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil, as in any type of soil, complete all as specified. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

M&L for Moorum/Red bajri filling brought from out side MD land including filling in floors or pavings or in foundations laid in layers n.exc. 15cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm, broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick, as in flooring over with and including 20mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab, including cutting, waste, grinding, rubbing and mirror polishing, with and including demolition of existing floor tiles of any description, complete all as specified.

M&L for Rubber coated chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigments with GLOSSY FINISH set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 as in pathways, with and including demolition of existing floor tiles of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Heavy duty industrial / commercial outdoor application, weather resistant and anti skid surface Coloured Vitrified Ceramic tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 15mm of each tile, as in floors etc., laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed) trussed purlins, rafters, struts (beam, tee, angle, channel, hollow sections or flat sections including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe 410-W Gde E - 250 quality 'A', complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde- E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (TFT) of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or steel based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, not exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding/shoring and other safety measures to be undertaken during execution of work.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or steel based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding/shoring and other safety measures to be undertaken during execution of work.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted on walls with and including preparation of new surfaces of wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium Composite Pannel board of 4mm thick, comprising of a core containing not less than 70% non combustible mineral filling, sandwiched between two skins of 0.50mm thick aluminium alloy PERALUMAN-100 of weight not less than 7.6kg/Sqm, with all sub structures, anchors, hardware and all fittings, fixed over and including aluminium section of size 35x25x2mm and 1.0m x 0.30m panel with and including necessary frame work, screwing & scaffolding, fixed with screws/nails, complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes), as in soft/loose soil, each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out , returning ,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m where directed and making good surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel work such as angles, joist, channel, or tee sections, fixed indepedently without connecting plates, cut to required length, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Chain link fencing of mesh size 50mmx50mm, with 4mm dia hot dip GI wire as per IS 2721:2003, including line wires any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel Flat iron 40x5mm for securing wire mesh with and including drilling holes etc., cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.
