(iv) next step is grouting to be done with intraplast EP - a free flowing grout mix. ( During all these operation tank must be fill with water . v) Fixing of PVC nozzle for grouting with quick setting compound admix with cement. Inject the cement mixture with intraplast EP through the nozzle by hi pressure injection Pump.. Note : i)only excavation , returning filling and removing of surplus soil will be measured and paid separately under relivent items. During excavation any damages to the existing infrastructure (i.e pipe, wall etc) to be repaired/replaced by thr contractor by his own cost. ii)warranty for five years to be goven in writing by the contractor as well as from the vendor depot by the contractor . iii) work to be executed through authorised/ approved vendors only like Rays Cleanth, Fosroc or as approved by GE.

M&L for water proofing coating to be made in 2 coats in the inner walls of the tank with tank coat epoxy coating (potable water grade) after dewatering and chemical washing of the tank.
