Comprehensive maintanance to Air handling unit with 5.5 TR capacity Outdoor Unit (Make-BLUE STAR)-02 Nos including servicing of AHU's belt driven motor ,blower's air filters ,shaft assembly,cooling coil,expansion valve , as and when ordered as in preventive maintenance including cleaning,removing the dust particles of air filters replacement of all worn out parts greasing of fan motors, checking of gas pressure,charging of refrigerant etc all as required for the smooth and satisfactorily functioning all as directed by engineer-in-charge.(Location- ART Familywing) Note for Item No 1 to 7 - i) The Deptt will handover AC plant in operating state condition as is what is basis to the firm. The firm shall have a visit to the site before their quotings and firm is responsible to handed over back AC plants to Deptt in operational condition in all respects while issue of completion certificate by Deptt to firm. ii) Maintaining the plant at good working condition & desired condition and relative humidity all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. iii) Replacement of compressor ,fan/Blower motor etc., if found unserviceable and required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule, The Labour charge includes charging of refrigerant,compressor oil filling, cleaning and checking of the ducting and grills for leakages / arresting leakages, compressor motor belt alignment checking & replacing,replacement of all spares (other than mentioned in this schedules items ) such as starting/running capacitor, checking the electric control panel, cleaning of evaporator coil,loose fittings / tightening of the ducting etc. to reduce the vibration and noise. iv) All instruments, tools & plants and equipment/air blower required to clean/check/ repairs to be provided by contractor v) The rates quoted by the tenderer shall be inclusive of credit for the retrieved unserviceable spares. (vi) A record of repairs carried out in each visit of AC PLANT installation to be maintained separately duly signed by Contractor, JE and Engineer-in-charge. The maintenance certificate duly signed by contractor and concerned JE E/M and Engineer-in-Charge seperately of AC Plant every month. (vii) The contractor to collect the complaint register daily and on completion/rectification of complaint the register will be updated and signed, The firm should provide suitable competent number of Skilled AC mechanics and If any AC plant unserviceable at site, within 1 hr the AC mechanic should attend the complaint and the complaint to be resolved without any further delay. In case the problem could not be solved due to want of spares etc the matter to be informed to the contractor as well as to the concerned JE / AGE E&M. (viii) If the firm failed to provide Skilled AC Mechanics and helper as per fault at the time of any AC Complaint a recovery @ of Rs.300/- per hour will be recovered from the Contractors dues wef the time of lodging of the complaint to till next/ completion of 24 hrs Also in case of any AC Plant repair for want of spares the Contractor should provide the spare parts in time or with in 24 hours the AC Plant should be made serviceable failing which a sum @ of Rs.500/- per hour wef the time after 24 hours shall be recovered from the Contractors dues. (ix) The Contractor should keep all the spare parts intact for the AC plant in the AC plant Room. (x) The firm is responsible to purchace spare parts as required for day to day comprehensive maint shall be procured from AC Plant original manufacturers/auth distributor/dealer only and the GST vouchers to be submitted to Deptt while claiming payments.

Supply and Fixing new sealed compressor unit suitable for existing 11 Ton Ductable type split type AC including disconnecting the electrical and refrigerant connection of existing defective/unserviceable compressor of any type and reconnections in all respects in and including charging refrigerant gas in all respects complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Location: ICCU.

Comprehensive maintanance to unmanned walk in cooler 3 TR /cold storage 3TR with air cooled condenser, working 24 hours of CHAFB including cleaning, checking of cooling coil, condenser and electric motor and cleaning of compressor and condenser externally with vacuum cleaner replacement of starting and running capacitor, rubber wheels relays, replacing of condensing fan motor and all electrical parts and electrical wiring etc. as and when required, tightening of electrical connections, greasing of electric motor, checking of gas pressure toppingup gas to the desired pressured level to ensure serviceability through out the maintenance period to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.Location :Med store-03 Nos,Path lab-01 No,ECHS-01.Total-5x3 job.
