Maintenance internal painting and other miscellaneous repair works of GCB Building

Distempering with premium quality oil bound washable distemper ISI marked of approved brand and manufacture in two coats an old surface including scaffolding, removing the old paint, cleaning and preparing the surfaces, scaffoldings etc. All labour, materials, tools and plant etc.

Painting old previously painted iron /metal work with two coat of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved colour / shade `to give uniform shade over a coat of Primer of Zinc chromite including scrapping cleaning and preparing the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter as directed by the Chief Engineer or his representative. All labour, materials, tools and plants etc.

Painting old (previously painted) wood/wood based surfaces with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour/shade incl.Cleaning and preparing the surface necessary scaffolding/ladder etc. All labour and material complete.

Painting on previously painted wood or wood based surface with two coats of touch wood, French spirit / lacquer polishing on woodwork of approved make to give an even shade including scrapping, cleaning, preparing the surface, including minor repairs etc. All L & M, T & P etc complete.

Restorative repairs to old damaged structural RCC members-columns, beams, slab, ...etc. with approved polymer mortar with following operations: i) Removal of loose/spalled or damaged concrete carefully by means of chisel ands hammer including chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water jet including necessary scaffolding, stacking the same on ground in the compound, etc. complete as directed. ii) Cleaning the re-bars/exposed reinforcements from existing corrosion by chiselling/tapping/wire brushing, apply suitable rust remover chemical viz. "Rusticide", "Rust converter" and leaving for 24 hours and then apply two coats of passivator slurry of polymer cement(1:1.5) to reinforcement steel and left it fot 4 hours. iii) Apply bonding coat slurry of polymer cement(1:1) to reinforcement and concrete. iv) Build up damaged RCC members to its original shape up to 25mm thick by repairs to spalled concrete structural members by providing and applying SBR polymer of approved make modified cement mortar in proportion of 1 cement:4 sand as per manufacturer's specification as directed, curing,...etc. complete. All labour, material, tools and equipment, scaffolding, etc. complete.

Providing & fixing in position anodised aluminium sliding windows of approved manufacturer to suit three track sliding, using best quality standard extruded anodised aluminium sections (manufactured to relevant I.S. specification) without horizontal glazing bars, glazed with 5.5.mm thick sheet glass fixing to RCC column/masonry with lugs of 16mm x 3.15mm x 10cm long or any other approved size embedded in C.C. (1:3:6) blocks of appropriate size incl. necessary bolting devices, handles, locking arrangements, fixing clips, metal putty, PVC/Rubber beading etc.

Dismantling doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frames, fastening etc. from masonry and handing over to Chief Engineers Representative by shifting & stacking at as directed including all tools & plant labour & material complete.

Providing & fixing ornamental grills of approved pattern using M.S. flat, square bars, etc. or any other sections including welding, grinding, cutting, drilling holes, fixing with counter sunk screws etc. All labour & material etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing Flush door shutters of marine solid core 30mm thick both sides teak faced including providing 4 nos. S.S. hinges (100x70x4) mm minimum size teakwood beading patties, brass screws, polishing etc.complete. All tools, plant, labour & material etc. complete. (Old fittings like mortice lock,safety chins, etc.to be refitted to the new door. All tools , plant labour & material etc. complete.

Providing 5.00 mm thick glass for the aluminium frame window/door, including removing the damaged glass, replacing the damaged beading, sealing the gaps in between wall and window frame using M seal, touch up painting as directed. All labour and material, tools & plant etc. complete.

Execution of day to day works by supply of high skilled artisans like Carpenters, masons for works of restorative repairs, aluminium doors and window repairs, shutters and gate repairs etc as directed, with tools for a period of 8 hours per day as and when required etc complete. Carpenter/ Mason

Execution of day to day works by supply of mazdoor with tools for a period of 8 hours per day as and when required etc complete: Including Housekeeping material like brooms, Phenol, Toilet Cleaning / Tiles cleaning solution/Floor Cleaning solution etc to be supplied)

Repairs to the aluminium frame sliding window, aluminium frame door including removing and refixing the shutters, cleaning the grooves, channels, replacing the worn out runners, rubber beeding, handles , Hinges etc but excluding the cost of Glass. All tool, plants, labour, material, etc. complete

Plastering with C.M. (1:3) 15mm thick in two coats to internal surfaces (Backing coat of 10mm & finishing coat of 5mm) to walls including paches, bands ,fluting, scaffolding, racking out joints, including fixing of chicken mesh,hacking, scrubbing and cleaning of all dirt, chamfers, beading, curing all lifts etc.. All labour & material etc. complete

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 20 black aggregate as coarse aggregate including mixing, depositing, consolidating, levelling, curing etc. All labour & material etc. complete
