Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall on concrete surfaces incl hacking for key racking out joints scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement morter 1:3 as on wall / vertical surfaces to received tiles all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated distempered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and distempering walls by applying one coat of acrylic based distemper emulsion of any tint/shade including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden /wood based materials surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all dropings etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic tiles of size 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles on vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of Shutters of any description (without taking off the frame) area exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Medium Desity Fibre Board 19 mm thick, interior grade, fixed to timber frame work with screws with decorative choice on one side all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for kitchen cabinet having 75mm thick chowkhat with Shutter made up of 18/19mm thick Wood Plastic Composite board with one side lamination 2/3 mm PVC laminated Colour Sheet of choice colour complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Only Front size of kitchen cabinet shutter shall be measured for payment purpose in Sqm) Note :- (i) Material shall be ISI marked and make shall be as approved by GE. (ii) Shutter Supporting with L hinges (Stainless steel) and 100mm Stainless steel handle chromium plated shall be used. (iii) Stainles steel Screw used for fixing L hinges and handles and for fixing of Wood Plastic Composite framing Stainless steel screw and gypsum black screw will be used. (iv) All materials and labour cost is included in this quoted rate.

M & L for Shelf and Partition made up of 18/19mm thick Wood Plastic Composite board without lamination complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Material shall be ISI marked and make shall be as approved by GE. (ii) Shutter Supporting with L hinges (Stainless steel) and 100mm Stainless steel handle with one side PVC lamination will be done. (iii) Stainless steel Screw used for fixing L hinges and handles and for fixing of Wood Plastic Composite framing Stainless steel screw and gypsum black screw will be used. (iv) All materials and labour cost is included in this quoted rate.
