Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 2.29 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 3.52 kg/10 sqm) for all surface including grooves Note:- The external facia of building is groove pattern grit wash. Only surface elevation / front facia will be measured & paid. No extra payment shall be made for vertical face / side of groove. It include labour, paint etc for painting of all surface i/c side / vertical face of groove and scaffolding for all height. Nothing extra shall be paid for scaffolding etc. (Please refer technical specification for this item before the quote).

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)( Note: It includes painting at all heights. Nothing shall be paid extra for scafolding)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : (a) Water thinnable cement primer

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) One or more coats on old work

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Old work (one or more coats)

Melamine polishing on wood work (One or more coat)

Applying priming coat: a) With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (a) One or more coats on old work

Providing and applying oikos paint to walls in stucco finish in combination of white base and light grey/brown secondary colour after applying wall putty base to walls all complete as per entire satisfaction of EIC.(Painting shall be carried out only by the authorised applicators of the paint company).

Providing and laying acrylic aggregate textured wall coating in spectrum rustic finish shade or equivalent as approved by Engineer in charge, material consumption @ 3.25 to 3.75 kg/10 sqm and 1.2 to 1.8 mm thickness of wall coating on the interior/exterior of building complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Repair to Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 10 metre above ground level, in two layers over the chicken mesh of 3.80 kg/ sqm , under layer 25 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 32 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 dholpur stone chipping 10 mm nominal size), in panels matching the existing grit plaster with vertical grooves at every interval of 35 mm complete as per existing pattern, including providing chicken mesh with the help of nails/ dash fasteners etc. on the prepared wall surface before starting of grit plaster, scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge (payment for provoding grooves shall be made separately).

Forming groove of uniform size in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as perexisting pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer, including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge : a) 32 mm wide and 32 mm deep groove
