DemoIishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead :

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering upto plinth level in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size ) Crushed including all carriages of materials as involved from source to site of work complete.

Structural steel work single sections,fixed with out connecting plate including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including all all leads and lifts as involved at the site of work complete by manual/mechanical means.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ready mixed of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to given an even shade (New steel work) two or more coats applied @ 0.80 ltr /10 sqm.

Providing and laying 50mm thick cement concrete flooring of 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ). Crushed finished with a floating coat of neat cement slurry but exculiding the cost of noising of steps etc. including all carriage of materials as involved from source to site of work complete.

Supply Providing ,fixing and fabrication of 40 mm dia G.I pipes (Medium duty ) complete weighing not less than 3.25 kg/rm for grill work as per design matching with existing ones incl. all sorts of welding ,cutting,fixing priming with all sorts of carriage and headloads complete.
