S & F 35mm thick IInd Class Hard wood, plain framed, panelled door shutters, two panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. marine grade plywood bonded with high quality liquid phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin adhesive conforming to IS-710 or 12mm thick particle board veneered with commercial veneering on both faces (as ordered). The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I). Wood used shall be kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 30mm thick glazed and skeleton door shutters open rebated of second class hard wood rail and styles, prepared to receive glass/gauge etc without sash bars, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauge etc. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I). Wood used shall be kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- S & F Glass/gauge shall be measured and paid for separately)

S & F 25mm thick glazed and skeleton door shutters open rebated of second class hard wood rail and styles, prepared to receive glass/gauge etc divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitered and rebated sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauge etc. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I). Wood used shall be kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed. S & F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube, In opening complete all as per specifications and drawings as applicable to item 08095 given in SSR Part – II (2010).

Supply fabrication and fixing powder coated (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) anodized aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying cement slurry over existing roof surface @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 10/12.5 mm graded stone aggregates laid over roof slab after applying cement slurry for filling undulations finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, over RCC roof slabs for laying water proofing treatment mixed with using water proofing liquid @ 150 ml per bag of cement complete all as directed. (Note : Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm , black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester reinforcement matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over compatible cold emulsion bituminous primer applied at the rate of 0.40 Kg/Sqm by torching with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm on longitudinal direction and 100mm on transverse direction including sealing all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm(minimuim) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimny/other vertical surfaces and polimeric membrane insterted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen (v) Exposed surfaces of APP membrane shall be applied with one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 Gms/Sqm. (vi) Above aspects are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based trapizoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick (overall) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick (overall) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions completed all as specified and directed.
