Outsourcing services for Asif Nagar Main Pump house Area for three shifts of each shift of 08 Hours incl sundays and holidays by employing the manpower as mentiond below for entire system comprising of pump sets of capacity 3x 75 HP, DG Set of capacity 1x160 KVA ,LT panels,OHT ,UG Sump and pumping water to the OH tanks / UG Sumps including carrying out regular checks and services to the plants / equipments for up keeping of pump house and ensure serviceability of all the equipments including undertaking routine checks like checking of electrcial control panels, replacement of gland packing in pumps & valves, gaskets, "O" rings, nuts, bolts and washers etc for eqpt /machinery, UG Sumps, overhead tanks of the following capacities including operation of DG set , Pump sets and valves of range 50 mm dia to 250 mm dia at Main pumping station and proper monitoring of the timings with the filter bed in charge of HMWS & SB and maintinaing the daily log sheet and submitting the same to concerned JE (sample for log sheet can be obtained from the department ) and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site. Note :- DHPP shall be issued under schedule 'B' free for filling only.. (a) Shift timming are as under:- (i) Ist Shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs(FGM-01 per shift) (ii) 2nd shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs(FGM-01 per shift) (iii) IIIrd shift: 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs(FGM-01 per shift)

All as per item No.01 but for operation of 40 & 28 New JCOs Md Accn pump house comprising of 03x 40 HP and 02x 05 HP Centrifugal pumps and 01x 82.5 KVA DG Set including monitering and taking water from Asif Nagar Main pump house. Note :- DHPP shall be issued under schedule 'B' free for filling only. (a) Shift timming are as under:- (i) Ist Shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs(FGM-01 per shift) (ii) 2nd shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs(FGM-01 per shift) (iii) IIIrd shift: 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs(FGM-01 per shift)

All as per item No.01 but for operation of 64 ORs & 40 Old JCOs pump house comprising of 02 x 10 HP and 02 x 05 HP Centrifugal pumps and 01x 15 KVA DG Set including monitering and taking water from Asif Nagar Main pump house. Note :- DHPP shall be issued under schedule 'B' free for filling only. (a) Shift timming are as under:- (i) Ist Shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs(FGM-01 per shift) (ii) 2nd shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs(FGM-01 per shift) (iii) IIIrd shift: 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs(FGM-01 per shift)

Outsourcing of services for operation of sewage treatment plant of capacity 40 Cum per day at 5 Sikh area complete for a shift of 8 hours duration including all Sundays and holidays with one FGM in each shift and all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- (a) Shift timming are as under:- (i) Ist Shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs(FGM-01 per shift) (ii) 2nd shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs(FGM-01 per shift)

GENERAL NOTES FOR ITEM NO -01 TO 05 :- (i) The FGM/Valve Man/Helper has to ensure proper satisfactory collection and distribution of water to all the users incl up keep the installation. (ii) Minor repairs such as gland rope, gland packing etc are deemed to be included in above scope of work. (iii) Proper chloronium level are to be maintained and entered in the register. (iv) Contractor should ensure to provide and maitain Attendance register, Log sheet and duty roasters properly and submit to Engr-in-Charge as required. (v) Shift timings will be decided by the Engineer-in- incharge. (vi) The contrctor has to supply uniform to their employees for wearing during working hours. (vii) The minimum qualification for the operator(s) employed by the contractor shall be diploma/ITI certificate holder in relevent trade or 12th pass with minimum 3years experience or 10th pass with 5years experience in the operation of electrical installations and equipements. (viii) The above mentioned job will be carried out as per the Indian labour Law and factory act 1948 only. (ix) Contractor should ensure to provide Qualified Supervisor to visit the installations on daily basis and inform defects/problems if any in writing to Engr-in-Charge.

GENERAL NOTES FOR ITEM NO -01 TO 04 (Contd..):- (x) The Contractor shall be provided Mobile phones to the Manpower on duty. (xi) If any individual is absent from duty, a penal recovery shall be recorved form the Contractor. (xii) The operator should not leave the installations till the next releaver does not take the charge of installaion. (xiii) The operator will be responsible for cleanliness and necessary upkeeping of installations, including grass cutting and cutting of small branches of surrounding area upto 5m fromthe installaions. (xiv) The operator should have necessary tool kits (i.e., digital multimeter, Clamp meter, screw driver set of each sizes, Line Tester, combination and cutting pliers, cutting knife, hand gloves, suitable for available voltages and test lamp with conductor and holder etc.) available with him every time. (xv) the operator should be free from the habbits of any addiction such as liquor, smoking and other drugs .(xvi) contractor should ensure to provide and maintain water supply meter reading in their respective areas and submit same to Engr-in-charge as required.
