Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing debris outside the MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and Removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land Where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary (except blocks) of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, using old concrete blocks obtained from the demolition, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as spd and directed.

Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick works finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonary work, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats cement base paint on newly plastered over a coat of chalk whiting surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces including curing before and after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat cement base paint on old decorated plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces including curing before and after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in sub -floors ,sub- bases ,floors and pavings,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine pressed / vibro mechenically floated interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete. Shape pattern of laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine pressed / vibro mechenically floated interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete. Shape pattern of laying complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type B2, (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub -floors ,sub- bases ,floors and pavings,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequred cement concrete tiles 20cm X 20cm X 25mm thick, set ,pointed & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors polished with grey cement & pigments laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed base (1:6) and all as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as mass concrete and filling of foundation all as specified and drected.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only metalic floor harderner (300gm/Sqm) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) Joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade A, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Excavating in post holes in so(or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum in hard/dense soil , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm.

M&L Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing boltsposts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as directed and fixed

M&L for PCC type D-2, (1:3:6) , using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lean conc , sub base ,or mass conc , foundation filling etc.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards,rails, straining bolts,etc.including provision of binding wire.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of size as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of old barbed wire and making rolls including stacking neatly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) incl removal of old unservicebale barbed wire.

S&F mild steel screw bolt 5 to 10 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other, screwed end to be fitted with one waher and hexagonal nut length exc 5cm but not exc 10 cm long.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surfaces, of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed aggregate in coping ,mass concrete.

M&L cement concrete Type C21:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate)in Surface channels and drains all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 55cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc.

M&L for precast cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) in lindings, cover slabs (for manholes etc), chullah hoods, chhajja, water troughs, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, setting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed

Mild steel TMT bars10mm dia and over (for tie bar of chain link fencing), cut length, bent to shape required , including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips .
