P I L E F O U N D A T I O N

Providing of pile foundation with RCC bored cast-in-situ piles of 600 mm dia with M25 grade concrete, including all empty boring depending upon the level of working platform, excluding cutting off of pile heads to the required level, fabrication and laying in position of spot welded reinforcement cage & all incidentals complete (reinforcing steel measured separately).DMC pile inclusive of all carriages

chipping off of pile heads for piles of 600mm dia of M25 grade of concrete by manual process exposing the reinforcement as per drawing , removal of dismantled concrete

Pile Load Testing (test pile)

Conducting vertical load test as per relevant IS/ IRC specifications on specified pile with reaction or Kent ledge loading arrangement of 60 tons or more for test pile, to be applied in stages including all necessary arrangements including equipment for load transfer, instruments in sufficient numbers to record the settlements due to test loading and unloading after test and also including dismantling/carting away of platform after test and all other incidentals complete

Pile Load Testing (working piles)

Conducting vertical load test as per relevant IS/ IRC specifications on specified pile with reaction or Kent ledge loading arrangement of 40 tons or more for working pile, to be applied in stages including all necessary arrangements including equipment for load transfer, instruments in sufficient numbers to record the settlements due to test loading and unloading after test and also including dismantling/carting away of platform after test and all other incidentals complete

S O L I N G

Providing and laying of hand packed stone soling (size 150mm-230mm) before laying of mud mat in pile caps / stitch slab.Inclusive carriage upto site of work

Cast in situ of concrete work of nominal mix concrete M7.5 grade (1:4:8) nominal maximum size of stone aggregate 40mm volumetric batching up to plinth level including curing but excluding formwork costs.(in pile caps & under stitch slab etc.)Inclusive carriage upto site of work

M A S S C O N C R E T E

Cast in situ Mass concrete of nominal mix M10 grade(1:3:6), nominal max size of stone aggregate 20mm, weigh batching, including curing but excluding formwork costs.Inclusive carriage upto site of work

Controlled Cement Concrete (M25)

Cast in situ Design mix of M25 grade, water cement ratio as per design, nominal max size of stone aggregate 20mm, weigh batching, including curing but excluding formwork Inclusive carriage upto site of work

Formwork

Form work of steel plates not less than 3.0mm thick M.S. sheets of specified size stiffened with suitable structural frame work true to plane or Kit-ply plates of not less than 12mm thickness of specified sizes stiffened with a suitable timber frame work prop height up to desired height in foundation, plinth beams, all types of suspended floors, soffits of slabs, sloping areas, sides and soffits of beams ribs, columns posts, pedestals, ornamental projections or features desired heights and thickness complete including its removal for all RCC works from plinth to roof level.

Reinforcing Steel

Providing, assembling and placing high strength deformed steel bars of Fe 500D grade (conforming to IS 1786-1985) for RCC work including cost of binding wires for all levels from foundation to roof, including R/F used in piles and also including lap welding of longitudinal reinforcement & tack welding of transverse r/f for piles as per details.inclusive of all carriages

Structural Steel

Supply,erecting and fixing in position welded steel builtup sections in trusses/trussed purlins/beams/rafters up to desired span and height including cost of preiming coats.inclusive of all carriages

providing of 16mm dia holding down anchor bolts 450mm long along with nuts for holding of steel trusses/frasmes in roof of the building
