Item - Experiential Immersive Set Exhibit Show 01 Name- Parikrama, Banjara cycle of Life Treatment - Recreated elements of nature, environment, landscape, flora & fauna, dwellings, life style & livlihood, agriculture and transportation etc, through scenic installations, physical recreations & replicas with props and set dressing inclusive of all frameworks and subconstruction, cladding, surface preparation, artwork development, printing, artistic painting & finishing, physical 3D elements complete as per Design Intent/Concept Design and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. All materials used shall be of superior interior model making grade. Including all expenses of project management consultant to prepare all good for execution drawings,deign,including all alternative preparation till finalisation and GFC drawings,design.Including all expenses of PMC consultant,transport,accomaodation.Including all taxes and GST to be payable to the PMC consultant by the contractor.The contractor payment by department excludes GST and will be paid separately .The PMC appointment ,payment is entire responsibility of the contractor.The contractor will not be paid separately for the PMC related to this work

Item - Ultra-Realistic Mannequin Exhibit - Show 01 Name - Rituals, festivals and life of the Banjara society Treatment - The entire 4th floor is a dedication to the cycle of life from birth to death of the Banjara people, including their festivals, rituals, customs, jewellery, food, dresses, and daily activities. Tableau - planning, developing, providing, casting, placing, erecting, fixing, testing, final finishing and commisioning, including sketches, color, shop floor drawings, soft and clay/wax development, casting in FRP, silicon of required, shape, size, posture, expression, gesture, design including special distinctive facial and body features, nail & eye simulations, costume and accessories of all characters, and erection and onsite installation as per location/position/orientation adhering to technical details, onsite/offsite supervision and co- ordination, visual & light testing, and touch ups of all mannequins during integration including fine tuning during museum commissioning including loading, unloading, packing, handling, transportation, wastage, etc complete at all lead and lift of hyper realistic mannequins (of intended life of minimum 10 years) as per Design Intent/Concept Design, complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. NOTE: Two Sets of basic Garments/Costumes shall be provided as spares for Maintenance. Item - Layered Graphic Mural Exhibit - Show 02 Name - Harappan Civilisation and its decline Treatment- Layered Graphic Mural made of 3mm Profile Cut and Layered ACP with Vinyl Printing as per Approved Artwork over WPC backing, jointed and levelled over suitable framework /subconstruction made of suitable Sections/Channels/Profiles, installed as per drawing in layers as per Design Intent/Concept Design, complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Including all expenses of project management consultant to prepare all good for execution drawings,deign,including all alternative preparation till finalisation and GFC drawings,design.Including all expenses of PMC consultant,transport,accomaodation.Including all taxes and GST to be payable to the PMC consultant by the contractor.The contractor payment by department excludes GST and will be paid separately .The PMC appointment ,payment is entire responsibility of the contractor.The contractor will not be paid separately for the PMC related to this work

Wholesale shops with various items: Grains- corn, rice, pulses, salt, craft items, semi-precious stones, jewellery, tools, embroidery items, decorative items for home, weapons. Nagri and garhi (fortress) in the background of the caravan being loaded & replicas with props and set dressing inclusive of all frameworks and subconstruction, cladding, surface preparation, artwork development, printing, artistic painting & finishing, physical 3D elements, all materials used shall be of superior interior and model making grade, and complete as per Design Intent/Concept Design and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
