Dismantling Structural Steel work including Steel Door, Gates, Rails etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheets any gauge, thickness in wall cladding or roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition of cement concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified and directed.
Design, Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Hangar Door alongwith Structural Frame including all civil works in RCC foundations duly designed, steel sliding manual Hangar door system to be provided on front and rear of the hangar including the works listed in Schedule 'A' Note and shown on elevation drawing of the Hangar. Design of Hangar Door shutted, framed structure, RCC foundation for frame structure and top and bottom rails including all necessary parts to complete the Hangar Door shall be got designed from any of the E-in-C approved firms vetting of design, drawings from Accepting Officer before acceptance of tender, complete all as specified and shown on drawings. Note : The rate quoted by the Contractor shall deem to include the cost of the following :- (i) Design of Hangar Door along with structural details for Hangar Door from Approved Firm / Vendor alongwith vetting of Design / Drawings from the Accepting Officer. (ii) Design of RCC foundations.
(iii) Architectural Drawing provided by the department will form part of the contract, however the Structural Drawings will be provided by the Contractor, which will be vetted by the Accepting Officer. (iv) The Structural Steel members shall be designed as specified here-in-before and in Particular Specification. (v) The maximum Wind Speed shall be considered as 50 m/sec for design of the Hangar Door. (vi) Each Hangar Door shall be designed for 08 equal moveable parts (Leafs) with 04 equal moveable parts (Leafs) opening on either side. (vii) All structural members shall be painted with polyurethane paint. (viii) Pre-painted Galvalume Sheets of 0.50mm thickness shall be provided on one side of shutters and on structural frame sheets be provided as per design requirement to cover all gaps for preventing entry of birds into the Hangar.
(ix) The PQC work to fix the bottom rails will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (x) All items of Hanger Door as per the approved design will be be measured and paid under Serial Item No 4.01 to 4.15 here-in-after.
Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.
Removing excavated / demolished materials to a distance exceeding 1.5 Kms but not exceeding 5.0 Kms and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.
RCC M-30, design mix, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.
TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape including binding with MS annealed wire of dia not less than 0.90 mm, complete, all as specified and as directed.
Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, and similar work all as specified and directed.
Rolled Mild Steel Sections as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, etc., conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) qualiy A, complete all as specified and as directed.
Rolled Mild Steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.
Rolled Mild framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc, complete, drilled for fixing of sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and includiing either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other convering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified.
Mild Steel Bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end each screwed other end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length anddia of bolt as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.
Bottom Wheel (for Hangar Gate) of size 300mm x 75mm with necessary arrangements like ball bearing, mild steel plates, nuts etc. for fixing the wheel complete all as specified and directed.
Top Wheel (for Hangar Gate) of size 75mm x 40mm with necessary arrangements like ball bearing, mild steel plates, nuts etc. for fixing the wheel complete all as specified and directed.
Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating G.I based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering, fixed with self taping screws, complete all as specified and directed.
Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of anti-rust paint (epoxy), over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.
Pavement Quality Concrete work 350mm thick in pavement of Flexural Strength 45 Kg/Sqcm (lower control limit) in field using min 400 Kg of cement per cum with 20mm nominal size of aggregate and super plastisizer if required as per design mix (as per IRC Vth revison) mixed with and including triangular / non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement with 12mm length, Specific Gravity 1.34 to 1.4 (other specifications as per IRC/MORTH) spread and compacted manually with vibrator and all as specified and including necessary form work, bull nosing, rounding of edges, finishing by mechanical brooming / belting, curing etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Construction Joint 25mm deep and 10mm wide (using diamond cutter) providing polythene backup rod 12mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant 12mm) complying with BS 5212,BS 4254, and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF + 30% with Ten Years Performanance Guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing tha masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing, specified and as directed.
Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan built in cement mortar 1:6 all as sdpecified.
Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete and all as specified
Wire netting of Mild Steel Wire 1.4mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of Mild steel wire mesh of size 25 mm staples complete all as specified and directed.
Mild steel framed work such as grills, grating etc With ends of bars shouldered and or riveted, or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed blasters, bracing, walkways, railings, framed work of water tanks and similar works to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
