Improvement works to the ESP control room-III at NCTPS-I premises.

Removing the existing damaged tar felt including the pebbles and cleaning the surface free from oil,dust, dirt, grease etc and transporting the debries with 1km lead, lift etc complete.

Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface including the cost of labour, lead, lift, T&P, transporting the debries with 1km, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at the site.

Laying Cool roof tiles/white roofing tiles of size 300 x 300 x 10 mm in CM 1:3, 20mm thick mixed with Conplast X421 IC @ 200 ml per bag of cement over the roof surface after dismanlting the pressed tile, with proper slope including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, transportation etc complete.

Providing a plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm tk including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, water charges, etc., complete.

Painting the existing wall surface with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint approved colour and and quality including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, scaffolding charges etc., complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium door partly glazed and partly panelled with 8/9mm tk boards (novapan or equivalent) using both side prelaminated aluminium box section 47.62x44.45 x 1.82 mm for verticals/horizontals and bottom using 101.6x44.45x2.5mm including cost of all materials, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of sun control flim of approved quality for fixing window glass including the cost of all material, cutting charges, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Removing and refixing of aluminium window glazed shutters after replacement of damaged aluminium , rubber beading, etc., rubber beading and without damaging the existing glass including cost of hinches, rubber beading and required scaffolding, labour charges, etc., complete.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm diameter blue-gum post or casuarina post or best quality bamboo posts of 4m over all length (3m height 10.5 m projection+ 0.5m into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of post being 2m in both row with horizantal posts with 0.5m over lap on wither side and braces at 2 m c/c including longtitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood/silver oak planks of 40 mm thick and 1 m with etc., in a complete from using coir and nails 1 m run.
