Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering,complete. (a).Brick on flat soling.

Plain cement concrete floor base in prop1:3:6 laid in alternate bays as specified with coarse agg. of size 13mm to 32mm including dewatering if necessary, and curing etc.complete. c) 100mm thick

Providing and laying 25mm thick damp proof course with cement concrete in prop 1:1.5:3 with graded stone agg. of 10mm down nominal size including providing approved damp proof admixture in proportion as recommended by the manufacturer including curing etc. complete as directed.

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement croncrete works using cement, coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate with cost of necessary form work including dewatering if necessary, ...................work complete as directed. Providing and fixing flush door shutters solid core construction with frame of 1st class hard wood with cross band and face veneered ply wood face panels conforming to relevent I.S code including oxidised iron butt hinges (100mm x 75mm x 3.5mm) 6 nos with necessary wood screws. b) Non decorative type and block board core. Providing, fitting and fixing PVC door frame of Duroplast make DPF-5060 make suitable for DPS-3720 made from extruded PVC multichamber hollow section having dimensions of 50mmx60mm (Toletance + 1mm). Horizontal and vertical sections shall be joined by steel screws after inserting M.S. tubular rectangular galvanised L-shaped brackets of size 100mmx100mm or plastic brackets of size 75mmx75mm with metred cut at the corners. Hinge side of the frame shall be reinforced with M.S.Tubular section of size 40mmx20mm. The frame will be fixed to the column/ stiffner/ wall with the help of 3 nos 75mm long and 4mm dia steel screws and expandable fastners on each side of the door frame complete in all respects as sepcified and directed at all levels.

Ceiling with Exposed Metal (G.I.) The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Providing plinth protection with bricks flat laid in cement mortar 1: 4 and finished with 15mm thick cement plaster in prop. 1:2 with a floating coat of neat cement finish.

Providing drain with brick work in cement mortar in proportion 1:5 with half brick thick side walls and 100mm thick C.C (1:3:6) base over one brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified. ii). 300mm wide and average 250mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.

Pre construction anti - termite treatment by applying in the entire levelled area after plinth filling and before laying floor by applying the emulsion @ 5 (five) litres per square meter of the surface to be spread with light rodding so as to ensure proper absorption by the filled up earth (supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the Department complete. a) with aqueous emulsion having concentration 1:19 with chloropirophose solution (tricel or euivalent) and water, i.e. 1% solution.

Cement plaster skirting with cement mortar in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions with floor. (b) 20 mm thick

(a) Removing white or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/ or scraping, sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Providing two coats of J.K Wall Putty ( White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm)

Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm) (i) Thickness = 1.5 mm thick

Providing surface preparation for walls, celling etc.using average 1.50 mm thick plaster of paris including clearing, rubbing with sand paper, filling gaps, depression etc. where necessary, with chalk powder and and plaster of paris paste, making the surface even and smooth complete at all levels as specified and directed.

a) Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. Finishing old/ new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of Apex brand of Asian Paints and of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats)

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces over 100mm in girth/width after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt snd other foreign matter , sand papering and knotting. (b). With ready mixed paint , wood primer (white).

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. (i).Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. a). General purpose (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).

Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100m in width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper. a). Synthetic enamel paint, aluminium paint / bituminus paint on steel and other metal surfeces. i).Removing old paint from steel and other metal surface and making the surface even. a). With hand scraping

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle, 20mm dia M.S bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to top flat and 20 mm dia M.S. bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling, welding etc. complete. All vertical bars are to be protruded at least 100mm above the middle and top flat is to be flattended and pointed as directed. Necessary locking arrangement on both faces, arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2 nos.( minium) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embeded in C.C brick pillars as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified. Supply, installation & testing of G.I. earth station with perforated 50 mm dia and 3.00 Metre long heady duty G.I. pipe with necessary 50 mm dia. G.I. Fittings such as Socket, Tee, elbow, nipple and 65 mmx50 mm G.I. reducing socket for funnel including locking arrangement 300 mmx300 mmx6 mm hinged cover C.I. earth plate complete with digging of earth pit, construction of brick chamber and plastering of both inner & outer surface of wall as specified and directed by the deptt .

Extra for using salt (5 K and Charcoal (64 K in pipe Earth Station pit to provide low impedance ground in location of high soil resistivity as and when required and specified by the Deptt.

Supplying & laying of 8 SWG G.I. earth from Earth Electrode (below G.L.) to electrical switch gears or electrical machineries including making necessary connection as approved, specified and directed by the deptt.
