Total value of civil engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (2019-20 to 2023-24)

Should furnish List of existing commitments and ongoing works in the prescribed format.

Tenderer should furnish the list of works for which tenders already submitted.

PWD Registration Certificate issued by competent authority not below the rank of superintending engineer or chief engineer PWD class III and above.

GST Registration issued by competent authority to be uploaded

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (Deleted as per circular no FD 263 cost 12/2022 dated 11.05.2022)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 27.90 Lakhs issued by Nationalized/Scheduled bank in the prescribed format (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Achieved in at least two financial years in the previous 5years (2019-20 to 2023-24)minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.93.00 lakhs. (Turnover certificate issued by CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary documents.)

Tenderer should furnish reports on the financial standing such as profit and loss statements and Auditor reports attested by Chartered Accountant for the last five years
