Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground floors and paving n.exe 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) including removing unserviceable material, outside of A1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm with shutters (Without taking off shutters from the frame)

Taking down Chowkhats or frames n exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (Without taking off shutters from the frame)

Dismantling floor hearth and wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing from site complete all as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons, etc. removing the rubbish outside the defence land ,complete all as specified

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 500 & n exc 1000 litres and removing to store all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls,ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Two Component Polymer modified flexible cementitious waterproof (breathable) coating of equivalent flexible and elastic polymer modified, 2 component cementitious coating system having UV resistance applied in 2 coats in the form of slurry at right angles by way of brush at a total consumption of 2 Kg. per Sqmt. over the Vertical Brick Wall, Curing Testing etc Completed- Including Gola Vata & Joints Treatment etc.complete as specified and as diected by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Providing Protective levelling plaster for Horizontal &Vertical Surfaces of average 15-20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including mixed with liquid integral waterproofing admixture @ 200 Ml. per bag of cement ,finished smooth, curing etc. complete as specified and as diected by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Vitrified tiles dark shade of 10mm thick (square/Rectangular),Double charged, polished area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 Sqm as in floor etc sat and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thk Mirror finish super-premium range, digital and high gloss Vitrified Tiles of approved reputed makes of size 800X1600 x 10mm thk (Min) laid in required pattern on mm thk. bed of 1:4 cement mortar (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including neat white cement float, filling joints with neat cement slurry, of appropriate colour, curing and cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed clolour ceramic tiles of size 300x450x6-7 mm thick as in dado laid over rendering in 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement with pigment complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Pool return SCUM Channel Grating consisting of Type PP made, UV stabilized, Slip resistant along with PVC made support profie size of grating 195mm x 35 mm (H) liquid handled circulating pool water/ ambient temperature complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
