Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Roadway/cutting (consolidation only).

Construction of Sub grade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits (carted earth) with all lift & lead, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. (for 5 Km. distance)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing, laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% Emulsion in uniform single layer on sub base/sub grade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density.

Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor @ 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT & H Specifications Clause 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydro-stratic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Construction of R.C.C. Drain as per Analysis Earth Work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing & technical.

Plain Cement Concrete in 1 : 3 : 6 normal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed placed - For Drain

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in S/S complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses.

Extension of existing R.C.C. Hume Pipe Culvert etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of E/I. 1000 mm dia from 7.50 M to 12.50 M-Ch. 1.200, Ch. 2.300

600 mm dia from 7.50 M to 10.0 M- Ch. 3.300, 3.200 (2 No), 2.500

Extension of Existing R.C.C. Culvert etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of E/I. 1.50 M Span-7.00 M to 10.00 M [Ch. 1.300]
