Material & Labour for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Makrana white marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished ) in steps, jambs, pillars,window cills, cooking platforms,flooring and like over20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marbel shade .

Material & Labour for water proofing treatment using 4 mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membrane with features as specified weighing not less than 3.5 Kgs per Sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.4 Liters per sqm on surface provide, a layer of APP modified membrane by torching applications including sealing the over lap while torching with 100 mm on length side and 100 mm wide on width side as per manufacturer instructions including joints and changes in direction be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement curved well before laying of membrane all as per manufacturer instructions, membrane to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area will only be measured for payment. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of primer, APP membrane and SBR Latex
