Taking down existing water proofing treatment including PCC padding, mortar etc and disposal of rubbish out side MD land and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment including membranes etc, cleaning out existing surface with wire brush and disposal of rubbish out side MD land and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick (average) PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over RCC roof including fair finishing without using extra cement for laying APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provision of water proofing treatment by using APP torch on mineral/ slate finished membrrance over roof and vertical surfaces including preparation of surfaces and applying oil based bituminous primer coat @ 0.30 ltr per sqm on clean and dry surface and then providing APP membrane having non woven polyster film reinforcement with 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.00 kg/sqm and finished on top with mineral/ slate finished torch on system laid with 100mm & 150mm over lap on side & end laps resepectively complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 ltrs & not exc 500 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting, if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all the scale and dirt, etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and writing the date as "TANK CLEANED ON 10 MAR 2020" with white or black thick synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

All as per item no 5 above but capacity of tank exc 500 ltrs & not exc 1000 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone wall, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, haunching, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing admixture of Make: Pidilite or its equivalent complete all as specified and directed.
