Building Work

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Mud in roofs any thickness, including plastering and leeping ( whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof ) etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric( weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application with and including approved bitumen primer as per manufacturer's instructuctions including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Sheet shall be five layered prefabricated Atactic Polypropyleen Polymer (APP) modified 3 mm thick membrane (weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm) reinforced with 150 gsm polyester non- woven fabric. Concrete of roof surface shall be scratched with scratched tool before finishing roof surface when the concrete surface is still green,10mm thick 1:4 cement plaster shall be laid .The roof surfaces shall be throughly wire brushed, washed, dried up and cleaned to all foreign matter and dust prior to the appliction of primer. On the dried surface one coat of approved bituminous primer, having density in the range of 0.87 to 0.89 kg/litre at 25 degree centigrade and viscosity of 40 to 160 CPS, manufactured by same manufacturer @ 0.4 litre / sqm shall be applied. APP membrane shall be laid on primed surface by torch application method after allowing 24 hours for primer to dry . Laying off APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The overlaps shall be of minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150 mm on the transverse direction. All overlaps shall be bonded with bitumen primer and levelled by heating the overlaps with butane torch. the treatment shall be done by the approved authorised applicatiors.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 50mm thick (average) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as in padding roof to maintain slope, correction of the depressed undulaution portion and in roof kerb etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement @ 3.0 kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on concrete roof padding over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6) using grey cement, jointed and grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforcement cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Formwork to sides and soffits of roof beams, lintels, cantilever, shelves, splay between floor and beam etc., flat fair finished concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc (from walls and ceiling surfaces of any description) & removing debries out side the MoD land to a desiginated place earmarked by the local administration complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and fair without extra using cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in two layers (15+5mm) on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) in patches at columns, chajja, canpoy and soffits using GI chicken wire mesh with & including necessary scafolding as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 1.24 &1.25: Weather proof exterior emulsion paint and primer shall be of same manufacturer.

Supply only intergral water profing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured non skid/matt finish ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L 16 to 18 mm thick baroda green marble (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, urinal partitions, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and the like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shades complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5sq.m each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick prelaminated wood grain both side PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specifications and drg, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made pre-laminated PVC door shutter (confirming to IS-4020) 30 mm thick consisting of frame made out of MS tubes of 19 gauge thickness & size of stiles, top rail, bottom rail & lock rail all as per shown on drawings in SSR Part II, MS frame shall have a coat of steel primer of approved make & manufacturer, MS frame covered with 5mm thick heat moulded pre-laminated PVC 'C' channel of size 30mm thick, 70mm width out of which 50mm shall be flat & 20mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the either side forming stiles and 5mm thick, 95mm wide pre-laminated PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered at 45 degree on the inner side from top rail & bottom rail and 155mm pre-laminated sheet out of which 135mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. M & L for water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WC's, bathroom etc by applying cemrnt slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of approved make comprising of following : (a) Demolition and removing lean concrete/red bajri/moorum (b) S&F 450mm long 50mm dia bore of GI pipe spout (c) cleaning the surcace and applying 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on floor and sides of wall of sunken portion and finished the surface even & smooth using extra cement complete. (d) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253Kg/Sqm after curing of 4 hours (e) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126Kg/Sqm after curing of 4 hours followed with curing of 48 hours.(d) After treatment of surface suken portion to be tested for water tightness any leakage or seepage is obserbed same be rectified before filling the sunken portion (f) M& L for providing lean cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded brick aggregate in sunken filling.

PATH/HARD STANDING WORK

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 400 mm x 400 mm size and 10 mm thick Premium quality Outdoor deck floor non skid tiles have robust surface and elegant design rectangular in shape set and jointed in neat cement slurry leaving 3 mm space/grove around all four sides of each tile with the help of 3 mm wide PVC spacer and pointed the same with approved colored epoxy grout over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm grade crushed stone aggregate as in coping, road side interlocking stops including use & waste necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

INTERNAL ELECRIFICATION WORK

Taking down carefully copper / aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp holders, bracket, light fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring for One light / Celing fan/ Exhaust fan point/Bell point, controlled by one switch 5 Amp SP one-way complete with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor FRLSH cable (ISI marked) drawn into and including PVC concealed conduit (medium quality) and conduit fittings including 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed and multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly including MS sunken box covered with 3mm thick bakelite laminated “hylem or Philips“ sheet top cover and machine made brass screw and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed Notes;- (i) For Internal wiring colour to be used as per IE rule for Phase - Red/Yellow/Blue, Neutral- Black and Earth- Green (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for Making good of disturbed surfaces with and including M&L for applyibg finishes to match with existing surfaces, (iii) Switch/socket to be measured and paid separately.

M& L for Sub main wiring with two single core 6 sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable drawn in and including non metalic PVC regid conduit medium grade of suitable size with all standard fittings, concealed, including one run of continuous PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 6 sqmm (nominal area) for earth continuty, including taking out and removal of old sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- 2 runs of 6sqmm copper conductor phase and neutral and one run of same size earth wire including one run of PVC conduct with cutting, chasing & making good shall be measured as one unit length)

M & L for vertical type sheet steel enclouser distribution boards, double door factory made 3 phase 415 volts 4 way with 200 amps rating copper bus bar of suitable size and PVC insulated copper jumpers from the MCCB to the out going circuits (one incoming MCCB and 12 outgoing MCBs circuits) comprising of 3 phase 4 wire of suitable rating including MCCB 160 amps, 25 KA, TP, 415 volts, 50 Hz = 01 No. and 12 Nos MCBs 6-32 Amps, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure for DBs (Double door type) when MCBs to be used single pole and neutral 8 ways including blanking plate as required with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 240 volts fixed sunk/flush to the wall or niche complete all as specified and as directed including necessary brick work and plaster to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F LED street light /security light luminaries fitting 1X35 watt LED including fixing on existing bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia 1.20 m long bent to shape with suitable size mild steel clamps of size 50 X 6mm with nut, bolt, & washers as required at site for fixing of street light on LT poles / wall including making connection with PVC insulated 3 single core of 1.5 sqmm size multistranded copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron strip of size 25mmx4mm thick (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 32mm dia bore, and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe with funnel & wire mesh, including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, including taking out old earthing materials and removal complete all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip and protection pipe of length 7.5m, GI pipe beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Taking down existing Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan for repair & refixing the same at its old position/location, including provision of required winding, synthetic enamel paint by spraying, nuts bolts and fastner, transportation etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

External Water Supply Work

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as spceified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil) including spreading leveling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying in repair GI pipes 40 mm dia bore, medium grade with all necessary fitting, laid in trenches or with walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying in repair GI pipes 25 mm dia, medium grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches or with walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying in repair GI pipes 20 mm dia, medium grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches or with walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Gun metal globe /gate/stop valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe of 40mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Gun metal globe /gate/stop valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe of 25mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Gun metal globe /gate/stop valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Drilling and tapping cast iron water mains (in position) for branch connections of internal dia 20 mm including S&F brass ferrule for branch connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 218487.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
