De-Scaling of the Condenser of 15 TR capacity Central Air Conditioning Plant by circulating De-scaling agent (HCL) through the condensers by forced feed type method by removing the end covers of the condensers carefully, cleaning each tube of the condenser internally by brushing without damaging the tubes and re-fixing back the end covers with new rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers and pressure testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of the evaporator coil of 15 TR capacity central air conditioning plat with cleaning agent by forced feed method to remove the unwanted dust formed over the cooling coil fins without disturbing the mounting of the coils and greasing to the AHU blower bearing and tightening of all fasteners etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 02 here-in-before but of 11 TR capacity package type air conditioning plant.

Taking out the burnt electric motor of capacity 3 to 5 HP from existing position, transporting to civil work shop, separating the stator and rotor housing, cutting and removing the existing winding of stator completely, cleaning the slots and rewinding with existing gauge of super enamelled copper winding wire with suitable insulation, applying insulation varnish and heating in heating chamber till completely dried and reassembling the motor including supply and replacement of DE(01 No.)&NDE(01 No) bearings (make: NBC/SKF/TATA), transporting back to site and re-installing in its original position including proper alignment for smooth running and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 04 here-in-before but of capacity 15 to 25 HP

Material and labour for leak testing of complete refrigerant system of 15TR capacity central air conditioning plant by pumping down the refrigerant into empty cylinders, flushing out the entire system, replacing the damaged flare fittings, washers,'O'rings, gaskets, bracing etc for prevension of any leakages and leak testing by supply and charging with nitrogen gas, observing the pressure for a period of 24 hours for confirmation, flushing out the system, vacuumising and charging the required quantity of refrigerant and lubricant and testing the system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Refrigerant gas and compressor oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Material and labour for leak testing of complete refrigerant system of 30TR capacity central air conditioning plant by pumping down the refrigerant into empty cylinders, flushing out the entire system, replacing the damaged flare fittings, washers,'O'rings, gaskets, bracing etc for prevension of any leakages and leak testing by supply and charging with nitrogen gas, observing the pressure for a period of 24 hours for confirmation, flushing out the system, vacuumising and charging the required quantity of refrigerant and lubricant and testing the system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Refrigerant gas and compressor oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

All as per item No.12 above but of AHU 6000 CFM of 30TR capacity central air conditioning plant (Make- Voltas).

Material and labour for complete checking and servicing of control wiring for the AC plant microprocessor based control panel and connected programmed safety features, safety switches/ cut-outs / thermostats etc, removing and re-terminating the burnt wires, checking of all contactors/contacts for proper auto functioning and rectifying the faults/ faulty components by replacing with new spares and setting the relays setting of programming of operating parameters and safety limits ( if required) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Spares will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Taking out the defective pump set of capacity 3 to 5 HP of Make Beacon, Model DM3 from existing position by carefully disconnecting all water pipe lines and electrical cables and carrying out overhauling by dismantling the pump casing, cleaning of the impeller and supply and replacement of Gunmetal bush(01 No), gland plate (01 No.) alongwith studs, nuts, gland packing rope, greasing and re-assembling and re-installing in its original position and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 16 here-in-before but of capacity 7.5 HP of Make Beacon, Model DM6

Dismantling the compressor of Make of capacity 15 TR from installed position after disconnecting the suction and discharge refrigerant line, open the compressor for carrying out the repairs/ replacement of unserviceable parts, setting of valve reeds, valve plates, bearings, loading and unloading mechanism, pistons with rings, oil seals, oil pumps etc after carrying out necessary lathe work for grinding and polishing the worn out seatings/ housing of the compressor body and assembling with essential minor parts i.e. split pins, nuts, bolts, washers, rubber rings etc and fixing in its position including testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.19 above but of Make: Voltas, Model: WCUR017 of capacity 16.5 TR. Note for item No. 18 to 20 - Major Spare Parts required for replacement, compressor oil and refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately as "supply/filling only" under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

Make - Samsung/panasonic/copeland or any other make as per existing. Note :- Refrigarent required to change the system shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch Á'.

Taking down the existing UNSV expansion valve supply and fixing new thermostatic expansion valve for 5.5TR capacity compressor complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make - Alco/Copeland
