Dismantling of 40 MVA Transformer at Alloted Substation
Complete Dismantling of 132/33KV, 40MVA Transformer at Alloted Substation by opening of radiator, conservator tank , oil pipe lines all bushings, turrets, fan motors, marshalling box, RTCC PAnel etc with proper gaskets along with nuts and bolts to complete the jobs satisfactorily including proper stacking.
Partly drain out Transformer oil from tank, opening of Electrical connections, earthing , jumpering etc
Shifting of 40 MVA Transformer main tank from transformer plinth to unloading site at Alloted Substation approx. distance 20mtrs
Additional Shifting 20M @ 5M per job
Packing of HV/LV/Neutral bushings into empty wooden crates
Loading of 40 MVA T/F Main tank along with accessories , making the wooden sleeper plate for jacking the T/F tank up to trailer height placing the rail under T/F tank and shifted up on trailer , removed the rail under T/F tank and proper tightening the main tank with trailer bad with the help of steel rope and turn buckle.
Safe Carriage of 40 MVA T/F Main Tank with all accessories with transformer oil from Alloted Substation to 132 KV Sub Station Mohan Nagar by Pvt. Truck / Multi Axle Trailer . Distance about 300 Km. Insurance shall be got done by the contractor as per direction of Supervising Engineer .
Unloading of 40 MVA Transformer from Trailer jacking the transformer tank for packing the rail under the T/F tank and shifting it of wooden to platform, Removing the rail under the T/F tank on wooden sleeper, lowering the tank towards ground by slowly and removing the wooden sleeper under the tank and unloading of various Transformer accessories of above 40 MVA T/F like oil filled drums, bushing conservator tank, cooling fan etc. from Track/ Trailer at site 132 KV S/S Mohan Nagar.

Earthing of equipment’s by cutting straightening, bending, laying 700 mm below ground and above ground of following size of MS flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipment’s structure. Transformer body and its neutral point including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed excavation of trenches its back filling including Painting of MS flat of different size after cleaning of rusted surface 1st coat of Red Oxide and 2 coat of Bus Green Paint to complete the work. All other associated work as required to complete the work(MS flat will be provided by UPPTCL).

Delta earthig of 120/33 KV LA's of 40 MVA Transformers neutral by consisting of 3/6 Nos. 3.0 Mtr long electrode of 40mm dai having 150mm long conical shape, its placing inside the ground in rectangular/triangular shape and connection all 3/6 Nos electrodes with 75x10/50x6mm MS Flat laid on its edge and then this rectangle/tringle shape be connected to main earth mat at two place in opposite direction strictly as per drawing.

Shifting/Dragging of 40 MVA Transformer main tank from unloading site to transformer plinth up to 20 mtrs distance including turning of transformer if required including all T&P and other works to complete the job satisfactory at 132KV S/S Mohan Nagar
Additional shifting/dragging 155 mtrs @ (each 5 meter per job)
Complete, erection of 40 MVA T/F work includes erection of radiator, conservator tank, bushing with its turrets (if available) connecting of all oil pipe line, erection of cooling fans, making control cables connection, buchholz relay etc. for completing the work, topping of T /F oil and final oil filling in tank, radiator, conservator tank and all other associates work for completion of job satisfactory.
Hot oil circulation of T/F oil of 40 MVA T/F in Main tank , radiators or oil Tanker by connecting 6/12 KLPH Centrifusing Machine with New filters for dehydration of oil, windings etc. and taking and recording BDV Values of oil & IR values of transformer windings periodically till the required value is reached including filling & topping up of oil in main tank , Radiators , Conservator tank, OLTCs as per direction of Supervising Engineer/Standard practices.
Erection of following control and relay Panels as per instruction manual and technical specification including shifting of panel from store to erection site including all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily.
Erection of 132 /33KV 40 MVA T/F RTCC Panel .
Pre charging testing of transformer as per standard technical specifications with duly calibrated testing instrument as required by transfomer manufacturer along with preparation and submission of test reports, including but not limited to following tests- 1. Winding Resistance Measurement, 2. Turn Ratio Measurement, 3. Ten delta measurement of windings & bushings and 4. SFRA Test & other precommissioning tests as per site requirement
Sampling and testing of transformer , if required , oil at CPRI or any other NABL accredited testing lab including cost of transportation of each sample in standard sampling bottles (adequate no of bottles to be arranged by the contractor). Samples to be taken at required intervals ( as per actual requirement)- Following tests are to be conducted for each sample- 1.Breakdown voltage 2. Moisture Content.
Sampling and testing of transfomer oil at CPRI or any other NABL accredited testing lab including cost of transportation of each sample in standard sampling bottles (adequate no of bottles to be arranged by contractor). Following tests to be conducted at for each sample 1- DGA( after one month of T/F charging).
Submission of inspection charges for Electrical Safety clearance from Directorate of Electrical Safety , Uttar Pradesh for carrying out inspection of transformer , HV Side bay LA & T/F LV Side bay LA and obtaining charging clearance as per statuary norms ( To be re-imbursed on actual basis)
