STEEL TRUSSED BRIDGE: Steel Work welded in built-up sections framed work including cutting welding bending etc out of M.S. Beams, Girders, Channels, Angles, Tees Flats, Plates nuts and bolts wherever is required and the like etc completed as per approved drawing and design including applying a coat of red oxide steel primer

STEEL FOOT BRIDGE: Steel Work welded in built-up sections framed work including cutting welding bending etc out of M.S. Beams, Girders, Channels, Angles, Tees Flats, Plates nuts and bolts wherever is required and the like etc completed as per approved drawing and design including applying a coat of red oxide steel primer

Steel flume: Fabrication/Manufacturing of Steel Flume made out of ISMB, ISA, Channels & M.S. Plates and I.S.A duly welded including hoisting as per the drawing/design including applying a coat of red oxide steel primer

Providing & fixing of Rocker bearings

Steel Roof Trusses: (Angular) Steel work in built-up sections framed work including cutting welding fixing and placing in position complete job made of required steel ( IAS,M.S Channels, Flats, Plates and Beams etc.) and the like and applying one cost of anticorrosive red oxide

Steel Roof Truss (Tubular) Steel work in built-up sections framed work including cutting welding fixing and placing in position complete job made of required steel ( IAS,M.S Channels, Flats, Plates and Beams etc.) and the like and applying one cost of anticorrosive red oxide but made out of tubular pipes

Providing and fixing of CGI Sheet 0.63mm for roofing polymer coated J/L hooks nuts and bolts 8mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washers completed job.

Steel Watch Tower Providing, fixing in position & erection of steel watch tower made out of various sections of ISMC, ISA Plate etc complete job with two or more coats of red oxide primer.

Supply of Panels:Panels made out of M.S Angle, Flat Iron and Black Annealed Chain Link fencing 2”x2” (including cutting, welding, nuts/bolts etc) as per the size and specification of the indenting Department with one coat of steel primer.

P/F of 2mm thick eves boarding in plain CR Sheet including frame work complete duly welded including painting with one coat of anti corrosive red oxide paint.

P/F of 2mm thick sheet for soffits 400mm in plain CR sheet including cutting, welding, frame work complete job.

Supply of poly-green house made out of ¾”round pipe as per the specifications of the Indenting Department.

P/F of UV stabilized 200 micron transparent plastic films multilayered, anti drip, anti fog, anti sulphur, diffused clear and having minimum 85% level of light transmittance.

a) Angle Iron Posts : Angle Iron Fencing post made of standard angle sections, cut and bends at bottom with holes drilled and top bent, with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide (for fencing purpose).

b) Flat iron strips made of standard sections duly cut and holes drilled, complete with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide (for fencing purpose).

Supply & fixing of Rolling shutters made of 80x1.20mm M.S. Latis interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by locks mounted on specifically designed pipe shaft with brackets side together and arrangement for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including cost of providing and fixing of necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs grade No. 2 and 1.20mm think MS top cover for rolling shutters including providing and fixing of bail bearing. The shutter can be of size 10’x10’, 8’x7’, 7’x10’, 8’x10’ etc. (Rate to be quoted per SM).

Iron gates: Iron gate of double leaf made out of ISA 50x50x6mm frame and support of M.S. Flat 40x5mm fitted on joints of CR Sheet cover 1.6mm including hold fasts and locking arrangement and vichet-gate duly welded and painted with red oxide paint.

Providing and fixing of M.S. Grill of required pattern as per design:

Sign Boards: Supply of sign boards made out of ISA 50x50x6mm, legs and frame with M.S. Flat 40x5mm on CR Sheet 22 gauge duly welded and fitted with nuts bolts wherever required excluding cost of letter writing complete

Steel sing boards made out of 2” dia MS Pipe frame over legs with 16g CR Sheets fitted with M.S. Flat clips 40x5mm with pipe frame and MS plate 4”x4” at the bottom of the legs duly painted excluding cost of letter writing complete.

Tree guards: Supply of tress guards made from standard sections, as per given drawing, consisting of round, square and angle etc. complete with hold-fast at the bottom, duly prime coated. (Supply by weight only).

Tree guard fabricated out of wire mesh 11 G, (1x1)inch mesh fitted with ISA 25x25x3mm duly prime coated.

Mild Steel Tanks: Mild Steel Tanks made from 6mm standard mild steel plates, size 4’x4’x4’, 6’x6’6’, duly primed.

Mild steel pipes: Mild steel pipes made from 5mm/6mm standard mild steel plate, duly cut, rolled and welded of internal diameter ranging from 75mm to 300mm, length ranging from 5 meter to 6 meter duly finished and primed.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutter with vertical channels(20x10x2)mm and braced with flat iron diagonals(20x5)mm size with top and bottom rail of T-iron (40x40x6)mm with 40mm dia,steel pulleys complete with bolts and nuts ,locking arrangements ,stoppers and handles ,including applying a prime coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing of M.S Iron Collapsible Iron Gate made out of ISA,Flat etc.fitted with cross, and running support with rivets wheel handles lock hooks including all carriages, made out of required steel sections.

Manhole covers made of mild steel of standard sections, work including cutting, framing, welding, assembling and applying red oxide paint. Built of sections made of.

Garden Bench of size/length 5’ made of cast iron sides and 10 strips of 1”x3”x16 gauge with rectangular pipe in the middle of the strips, 4 mm flat shall be fitted for handling weight including ornamental cast iron legs

P/F of superior quality, stainless steel chrome plated 3 seater bench (standard design and weight 25 to 30 kgs)

Providing and fixing of ready made panels made out of ISMC 75x100 posts. MS pipe 40/50mm dia of 1mm thick fixed with nuts and bolts of required size duly painted with two coats of approved brand.

ALUMINIUM WORK: P/F of anodized aluminium work for doors, window, ventilators partition with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z. section and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS 1285 , fixed with raw plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasters including necessary filling up of gaps at junction at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/ neoprene felt etc Aluminium sections shall be smooth , rust free, straight, mitered and joined mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P brass/stainless steel screws, complete as per architectural drawing including glazing in aluminium doors window, ventilator shutter with PVC /neoprene gasket etc complete with glass panes of 5 mm thickness plain glass (Weight not less than 13.50 kg/sqm), 12 mm pre laminated 3 layer medium density exterior grade particle board ISI conforming to 12823 bonded and manufacture in panelling fixed aluminium doors windows shutters and partitions frames with stainless steel screws, floor screw, tower bolts, Brass Locks, Door handles, hinges, door stopper, wire guaze etc.
