Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and 2 km leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. MORTH Spec. 305-3.18 ( 95% procter density)

Recycling existing asphalt and granular pavement by cold milling using truck mounted four wheeled drive stabilizer and cold recycler having spray bars with nozzles and variable depth control system for homogeneous mixing and cement spreader with microprocessor controlled spray rate through augers, by addition of 2% cement / lime and 3.5% SS emulsion for homogenous mix and compaction by vibratory roller to achieve the desired unconfined compressive Strength and form a layer of base as per MORTH specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors.

RCC work Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and excluding the supply of steel and its wastage Bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Supply & Laying of I shaped precast Interlocking tiles of thickness 80mm (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50kg) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work.
