REPAIR/REPLACEMENT/MAINT OF WATER DISINFECTORS FOR FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM, JOCKEY PUMP, DIESEL ENGINE DRIVEN PUMP, HYDRANTS, PRESSURE SWITCHES, BOBBING WOUND FILTER UNITS INCLUDING 3x500 KVA DG SET AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT TP COMPLEX AF STN DIGARU.

Disconnecting and dismantling the electric motor of defective Jockey pump set of capacity 20 HP,3 Phase 415 volts from the system, shifting to civil workshop and removing burnt out windings, cleaning the slots, rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing gauge and size, varnishing and drying complete, reassembling with pump, replacing the ball bearings as per existing size and make, transporting to site and refixing at original position, and connecting the pump set electrically and mechanically, testing for satisfactory working all as directed. Note:- Dead flanges with nuts, washers and gaskets etc shall be provided by the contractor and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of the same.

Disconnecting the defective Jockey pump set of capacity 20 HP, from the system, shifting to civil workshop, dismantling the pump and removing defective/worn out parts like ball bearings, impeller nut, gland packing shaft sleeves, GM bushes, gaskets set, GM impeller and reassembling the pump by replacing the unserviceable parts with new ones, transporting to site and refixing at original position, and connecting the pump set electrically and mechanically, testing for satisfactory working complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of minor spares like washers grease, cotton waste, gasket set, gland packing etc shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted and shall not be paid extra.

Repair/maintenance and servicing of Diesel Engine driven pump of split casing type for fire fighting of Cap 85 HP through the OEM of M/S Kirloskar or authorized dealer of M/S Kirloskar by servicing/ descaling of raditor ,cleaning all parts and replacing old filters and minor spare parts to DG Set and checking functioning of all system and making adjustment for proper working complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of electrical operated fire pump of horizontal split casing type with TEFC motor class F insulation of capacity 100 HP,3 Phase 415 volts ,including suction and discharge pipe line and air cushion vessel with drain and safety valves of appx length 2.5 mtr long and 250 mm dia MS pipes and painting of all valve controls(all types of valves and pipe lines in fire fighting room) with scrapping the existing paint with wire brush and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled spray paint of existing colour of superior quality after making good to existing painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of Diesel Engine driven pump of split casing type of cap 85 HP with connected pipe lines with scrapping the existing paint with wire brush and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled spray paint after making good to existing painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of Jockey pump of 500 LPM with TEFC squirrel cage motor class F insulation of cap 20 HP with connected pipelines by scrapping the existing paint with wire brush and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled spray paint after making good to existing painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/replacement of pressure switches for fire fighting pumping system. Make: Danfoss or equivalent as approved by E-in-C.

Repair/replacement of pressure gauge with range of 0-10 bar alongwith isolation station for fire fighting pumping system.

Taking down unservicable CI/DI water mains including all fittings with spigot and socketed ends of flanged ends including burning out lead joints or dismantling flanged joints / cutting of existing unservicable pipe from both ends of pipe 200 mm bore from filter bed of RSPH high lift complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Ductile Iron pipe of size 200 mm dia with Spigot & socketed end,class K-9 conforming to IS:8329/2000 suitable for (push on) rubber gasket jointing/Tyton with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with Portland Slag Cement and external metallic Zinc coating with a finishing layer of Epoxy Resin (Blue Epoxy) coating on external surfaces. The standard lengths of the pipes are 5.5 and 6.0 meters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing mechanical joint of size 150 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of sluice valve 100 mm dia ISI marked PN 1.6 IS-14846 flanged both ends with brass spindle,CI hand wheel complete with all necessary nut bolts rubber gasket etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of sluice valve 150 mm dia ISI marked PN 1.6 IS-14846 flanged both ends with brass spindle,CI hand wheel complete with all necessary nut bolts rubber gasket etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of sluice valve 200 mm dia ISI marked PN 1.6 IS-14846 flanged both ends with brass spindle,CI hand wheel complete with all necessary nut bolts rubber gasket etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of sluice valve 80 mm dia ISI marked PN 1.6 IS-14846 flanged both ends with brass spindle,CI hand wheel complete with all necessary nut bolts rubber gasket etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unservicable battery charger of 85 HP fire fighting diesel engine and replacing the same as existing model and make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unservicable motor starter from the 85 HP fire fighting diesel engine and repalcing the same as existing model and make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Non return CI valve with GM working parts of 200 mm dia for fire fighting line same as existing size and model with nut, bolts, rubber gasket etc. ISI marked IS- 5312 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Double flanged swing check valve (Non return ) with GM working parts 150 mm dia for fire fighting line same as existing size and model with nut,bolts,rubber gasket etc ISI marked IS- 5312 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Double flanged swing check valve (Non return ) with GM working parts 80 mm dia for fire fighting jockey pump same as existing size and model with nut,bolts,rubber gasket etc ISI marked IS- 5312 complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair auto air release valves with bolts,nuts and rubber insertion etc complete size of 25 NB for fire fighting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair fire hydrant landing valve type B double headed outer of 63 mm female instantaneous outlet with cap and chain conforming to IS 5290 to meet the existing size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair gun metal branch pipe 63 mm dia male and female threaded outlet with hexagonal base bore with 12.5 mm nozzle conforming to IS 903 to meet the existing size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of air compressor of cap 630 mtr cube per hour including compressor motor of cap 15 HP ,opening of compressor and motor,cleaning of all parts with K-oil filling with superior quality grease realignment of motor and blower reassembling the same complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for painting of fire cabinet including valve,pipes as existing colour with two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting of Asian make and removal of existing paint by hand scrapping preparing the surfaces by sand paper and cleaning the surface and making good damaged surface by denting,welding,grinding all as required for completion of job complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of the following items from the panel board with replacing the u/s including disconnecting/connecting all the cable/bus bars connections for input and out supply with necessary jointing materials complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The make should be of the same size as of existing MCCB to match with existing holes/surfaces.

Taking down old unservicable pressure sand filter,Iron removal & activated carbon filter made of FRP cylinderical pressure vessels alongwith frontal piping,drain pipe ,diaphgram valves and pressure gauges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,fixing, testing and commissioning of pressure sand filters , Iron removal filter & activated carbon filter made of FRP cylinderical pressure vessels for capacity 3.6 cum/hr with frontal piping,drain pipe,diaphagram valves,pressure gauges with 03 Nos connected chemical dozing pumps with FRP settling tank of capacity 100 ltrs and initial charge of filter media of pebbles, sand and activated carbon including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/maintenance and servicing of DG set of cap 3x500 KVA Make-Cummins water cooled type Model KTA-19-G9,KTAA-19-G10,KTA-19-G9 through the OEM of M/S Cummins or authorized dealer of M/S Cummins for following parts and equipments by servicing/descaling of raditor ,cleaning inner and outer parts and replacing any type of minor spare parts to DG Set, checking functioning of all system and making adjustment for proper working complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down u/s spares suitable for 500 KVA DG Sets and replacement of the following items with new, testing commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
