Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket power) complete, including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disturbed surfases of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down main switches/DB's and making the good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old sub main wiring of any type including removal of teak wood batten/pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of ceiling fan BLDC type of 1200 mm sweep, three blade type with double ball bearing suitable for 230 volts, 50 Hz ACs of copper wound with all standard accessories and incl taking down the old ceiling fan and keeping in safe custody or for taking credit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
