Providing C.C. (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite crusher broken chips including all cost carriage royality taxes and all labour involved for the completion of item of work as per direction of Engineer- in - Charge.(For Shed Column,New CC area,CC road)

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work one coat over a coat of primer to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc required for the work complete. . as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Qty same as item-01)

Providing, fitting & fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodized T section No.3215 with 2-0 center to center , L section No.1705 upto 15 micron of 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw & PVC plug and the amuminum grid 2-0 x 2 0 suspended from ceiling etc complete including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Office Room ,Store Room )

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials labour T & P etc. as per direction of Engineer -In -charge.(Office Room ,Celling,Store Room ,Celling)

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade over a coat of primer on new work to give an even said including cost of plastic emulsion etc. complete.(Verandah,Verandah Roof,Drawing Room,Drawing Room Roof,Bed Room,Bed Room Roof,Kitchen,Kitchen Roof,Bath Room,Bath Room Roof)

Dismantling and removing doors , windows and ventilators including removal of frames.(Outpost Building)
