SCH 'A' Pt - XIII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND HOT WATER SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III (internal Electrification Works) shall also be applicable.

M&L point wiring for light point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq.mmm PVC insulation unsheathed muilt-stranded FRLSH copper conductor 1100 Volts grade drawn through in and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit and conduit accessories, concealed in walls and terminated to and including provision of modular metal flush boxes (metal switch board of any type and size) with modular frame plate and white cover for housing switch, sockets, regulators etc, including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH copper conducotor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed for the following points (Ser Item No 4.01 to 4.05) . NOTE;- The quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of cost of metal flush boxes, modular white cover plate.

Supply & Fixing LED tube light fitting Batten type, 20 W, 230v , efficacy 120 Lumens per watt, colour temprature 6500 K (Cool White), power factor greater than 0.90, polycarbonate body , CRI 80, IP rating IP 20, THDv within 5% and THDi (8-10%) complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size from ceiling rose all as specified and directed. Notes :- 1.The rate of three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size for connection is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 2. Warranty for replacement of each LED Light fitting shall not be less than 05 years from the date of purchase. 3. Date of Purchase shall be marked on each fixture with permanent marker for redeeming warrenty benifits.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure for pre wired distribution board double door, vertical type powder coated triple pole & Neutral (VTPN) 8 way without MCCB, three phase 415 volt with 200 Amps rated tinned electrolytic copper bus bar with neutral link complete all as specified and directed.

S & F LED Security light fitting 25 Watt, luman efficacy of LED 140 lm/W, PF> 0.95, THDv within 5% & THDi within 8-10%, colour temprature 6500K, CRI > 70, system lumen not less then 2600 Lm, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LED as lighting source and lens with toughed glass having bottom separate driver compartment with IP 66 Protection and Impact resistant of IK 07 etc and all accessories pre wired complete including mounting bracket of 40 mm inner dia light grade GI pipe of required length and shape incl bending, forging or welding etc and suitable bolts and nuts with washers, including connecting with PVC insulated multi stranded copper flexible cable of size 0.5 sq mm three core from ceiling rose to fitting all as specified an directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-IV (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS) shall also be applicable.

Supply and fixing of HDPE gate valve for HDPE pipe of size 75 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-V (EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY) shall also be applicable.

S & Fixing LT power distribution panel board with CRCA sheet and CPRI approved, indoor cubicle type, IP 43, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, free floor mounted front and back openable, made out of 2 mm thick cold rolled MS sheet of suitable size to accommodate the following items, vermin proof, dust proof, supported on and including ISMC 75 X 40mm powder coated steel frame and totally powder coated with epoxy siemen grey colour from inside and outside with locking arrangement and fixing arrangement i.e nuts, bolts, washers, clamps etc, with naturally air cooled Aluminium bus bar 4 strip suitable for 250 Amps with detachable gland plate for incoming and outgoing cable including termination of cable ends both incoming and outgoing with sufficient working space inside and with PCC foundation including installing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed consisting of following (Refer item No 6.02 below) :-

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description as in ground floors and pavings exceeding 15 cm thickness (above or below ground floors ) and removal of demolished material to a distance exceeding 250 Mtr but not exceeding 500 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.
