Supply & Fixing Factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood Polymer Composite ) Solid Door Frame / Chowkhat with double rebate of Size 65mm x 125 mm comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade ), Calcium Carbonate and nautral fibers ( Wood Powder / Rice husk / Wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxcity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC Solvant cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg /cum and screw withdrawl strength of 2200 N (face ) & 1100 N (Edge) minimum Compressive strength of 58 N /sqmm modulus of elasticity 900 N/Sqmm and resisitence to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof , water moisture proof and fire retaident and fixed in position with and including MS hold Fast lugs / SS Dash Fastner of required dia and length with and including Supply and Fixing (03 Nos Per Frame ) 100 mm long SS Butt Hinges complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each each as doors, windows and ventilators and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted on both faces of shutter for fixing Mosquito mesh and XTN aluminium mesh together on panel area of door except stiles and rails to be panelled with and including mesh with self tapping round headed scresws at required distance, screws and edges covered with feathered pvc edge beading all around of mesh and fixing stainless Steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screws with and including 03 Nos door Stainless steel butt hings 100mm long with Stainlessd steel screws for each , 02 Nos stainless steel barrel tower bolts of extrude section, 150mm long (ISI marked), 2 Nos stainles steel handles, 125 mm long, (ISI marked) , 01 No. of helical door spring of 300 mm length complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fixing aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section, 200mm long complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing aluminium anodised sliding door bolts 300mm long, with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium handle, fabricated type 150mm long complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing repairs 300mm mild steel ordinary rat tail rod springs (helical spring) , including roller & roller plate, fixed with screws/welding to steel frames/chowkats, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour (Fixed) window / ventilators of area not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each window / ventilator made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + – 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 73mm), T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm), Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 +– 0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27.5mm). T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware: [casement handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), But Hinges of'zinc alloyed (white powder coated), transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system] and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass.
