M&L for Repair to potholes depth of potholes exc 30 mm, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings complete all as specified and directed. Note " The patching of pot hole shall be carried out all as given in clause 20.A.34.2 of SSR Part-I (2009)

Note " The patching of pot hole shall be carried out all as given in clause 20.A.34.2 of SSR Part-I (2009)

M&L for Repair to existing damaged /broken bituminous road surfaces in patches using bituminous macadam including brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. seeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 30 (60/70 grade) @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface and laying premixed bitumen macadam using binder (Bitumen VG-30/60/70 grade) conents @ 4% by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix plant an laid by using self propelled mechanical paver consolidated thickness 75mm or less, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surfaces etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n. exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep & getting out in any type of soil incl removal of excavated material not exc. 50m & deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber of formation surface (in cutting) of roads with 8 to 12 tonne power roller including filling in depressions which occur during rolling complete

M&L for 10 cm thick (Spread thickness) Soiling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated with power roller exc 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne to a required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM (water bound macadum), with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated with power roller exc 8 tonne and not exceeding 1 tonne to a required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of WBM surface road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 10Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface and laying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5% by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix Plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical pavar, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface and laying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5% by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix Plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : for Srl item Nos : 8 & 9 (i) The actual binder content for SDAC used shall be as per optimized content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in BOQ. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 46900/- per MT (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in BOQ. (iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side.

M&L for Continuous brick edging with width equal to width of brick, laid dry on edge vertically using Fly Ash Brick (non-Modular) class 7.5 including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 80mm thick factory made rubberized coloured (laminated) interlocking paver block (using vibro compaction method) (topping thickness not less than 5mm) in white cement and non fadable glossy pigment of approved shade of nay shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of M-40 grade laid over & including cleaned dry and sand cushion 50mm thick over & including 75mm thick flooring in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-D (using 12.5mm grade crushed stone aggregates) as in benching, coping etc incl necessary forwork complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Thermoplastic road marking paint not less than 2mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letter not exceeding 15cm in width applied hot, using application unit and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gm/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, laid as per manufacture’s instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.
