M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 MM x 600 MM x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level connected to GI wire 4 mm by means of nut bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil including 15 mm bore GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI wire incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with 40x40x6mm MS angle iron frame, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with 6 mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) internally and upto 150mm below ground level externally, PGI funnel with 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering and wire mesh complete all as specified and shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part (2009) and connected to earth test incl testing complete, including taking down of old GI earth plate and GI wire/ GI strip complete all as specified and directed. Note: (1) After completion of earthing work, the contractor will arrange Earth Tester, all T&P and accessories for recording the reading. (2)The record of resistance value of each earthing along with date of testing shall be maintained on register as per format approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (3) the all earthing pits resistance result shall be maintained within site required range. (4) If any material required to improve the earth resitance result, it is al so included the quoted rate.

All as per item No 1.00 here-in-before but using GI strip 32 X 6 mm as earthing lead protected by 40 mm bore medium grade GI pipe.(Note : GI strip shall be welded in full length with earth plate after connecting with nut, bolt and washers.)

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75 X 75 X 25mm drilled and screwed including three Nos 8 mm dia, 25 mm long hex. head screws complete including taking down existing U/S test point terminal block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI strip 32 X 6 mm with PVC saddles and screws etc for fixing strips on wall/ floor complete including taking down existing U/S GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI wire 4 mm dia with PVC saddles and screws etc for fixing strips on wall / floor including taking down existing U/S GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and testing of existing earth pit including replace of broken bricks with new bricks, all PCC work and plastering with cement mortar as per existing pit size complete including replacement of broken earth strip or earth wire of suitable length not exceeding 7.5 meter and nut, bolts and watering funnel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of steel water tube galvanised, 40 mm bore medium grade for protection of earth strip complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of PCC hard standing/ floor or brick wall for laying of protection pipe for GI wire of required width and depth including connecting of GI wire of existing distribution board of building complete including laying of pipe and finishing with existing surface as per same colour complete to provide if any material is required to finish the existing surface complete all as directed. Note: GI pipe and GI wire shall be measured and paid seperately as per relevent items.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10.00 here-in-before but depth exc. 1.50 m and n. exc 3.0 m.

Returning & filling with excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old serviceable/ unserviceable LT UG cables of size 10 to 70 Sqmm 3.5/4 core from trenches, poles/ walls and floor including taking out old unserviceable/ serviceable bricks covers/ GI pipe of any size from trenches for removing or re-laying complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm thick sand laid before laying the cable and 150 mm thick sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as specified and directed. Note : Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out and dressing wild growth cutting in soft and loose soil complete once in a three months including cleaning 11KV/ 0.433 KV sub station room after taking proper shut down all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion / laying of 50/ 100 mm bore GI tubing of any description below/ under road surface/ floors etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing streta after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing 'light grade' of 100 mm bore for cable protection on pole/ wall/ floor/ or in trenches and drain etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket and making good the disturbed surface of wall , floor or roof etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing light grade of 50 mm bore for cable protection on pole/ wall/ floor/ or in trenches and drain etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket and making good the disturbed surface of wall , floor or roof etc all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement bus bar panel of capacity 100 Amps copper bus bar 04 Nos with fixed on insulator fixed on pole with bracket made out of FI of size 25x3 mm -02 Nos including providing new nut, bolt & washers all as specified and directed. Cat Part No IHBC010004 of Make-Havells or equivalent in Legrand/ L&T.

Material & labour pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one GI nut bolt 100 mm height 65 mm dia for 1100 Volt complete including taking down old unserviceable insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts for 1100 Volt 100 mm height & 115 mm dia with GI straps 31x5 mm & dia of volt 14 mm complete including taking down old unserviceable insulator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with all acessories i.e stay plate, stay rod 20 mm dia , stay wire and loop insulator including taking down existing U/S stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm gradded stone aggregate) as in poles bed/ mass concrete of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MS chequered plate of 5 mm thick or over in thickness in available of Fe - 290 Gde E165 and fixed in substation building including making provision for lifting the plate from duct complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C-1 (1:3:6) (using 40 mm gradded stone aggregate) as in copping of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old serviceable/ unserviceable steel tublar pole of any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 31), 09 meter long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS cross arm , bracing supports , clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections holding nut,bolts and washers including necessary welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclisive two coats of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of GI earthing strips/ earth wire leads of any size, any description and in any postion from test point carefully and testing the earth resistance of any type of lightening conductor earthing with the help of earth tester of suitable capacity and recording Ohm value in the register as per proforma approved by Engineer-in-Charge including cleaning vegetation/ wild growth sorrounding the earth pit and removing dust/ deposited soil from earth pit. NOTE :- (i) The contractor will arrange Earth Tester, all T&P & accessories for recording the reading. (ii) The contractor shall arrange for watering of the earth pit through watering pipe in the earthing to improve the resistance. The common salt min. 10 Kgs for each earthing pit shall be mixed with the water at site and filled/ dropped in earthing through warering pipe as per site condtion and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The water for this purpose shall be made available by the Deptt. at the nearest available source but contractor shall make his own arrangement for drawing water from this source. (iii) The record of resistance value of each earthing alongwith date of testing shall be maintained on register as per format approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Testing of the earthing shall be carried out periodically as directed by Engr-in-Charge as per site requirement and unit rates quoted by the contractor for all the material and arrangements shall be deemed to include for all the provisions for testing of the earthing for one time.

S&F MCCB 4 pole , 400 Amp rating of 36 KA on existing LT panel board including dismantling and taking out of old unserviceable MCCB from the LT panel board complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand cat part No DPX3 422063 or equivalent in Seimens/ABB)

S&F MCCB 4 pole , 250 Amp rating of 25 KA on existing LT panel board including dismantling and taking out of old unserviceable MCCB from the LT panel board complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand cat part No DPX3 420519 or equivalent in Seimens/ ABB.

Re-streching (without taking down ) of existing ACSR conductor including cradles and earth wire of any description of any size on LT/ HT poles including binding the ACSR with insulator and tightening of conductor / earth wire in position , removing sag and making the jumper connection with new aluminum binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of ACSR conductor on HT/ LT over head line of weasel 6/1x2.59 and tightening on existing HT/ LT over head line including binding with insulator with new binding wire including dismantling old unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size complete all as directed.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet viterous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skul and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps , bolts, nuts and washers of approved size for LT , 415 volts of size 20 cm x 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium bus bar of any size or length and fixed on exisitng panle board including necessary drilling bracing providing colour code sleeves on bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

Triming/ cutting of bushes or branches of tree of 4 mtr of surrounding the HT/ LT over head line of all sides and remove the materials to distance not more than 50 mtr from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and commissioning in replacement of control unit with with cubical type enclosed in sheet steel air circuit breaker AC 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 4 pole, 800 Amps current carrying capacity micro processor and comprising the following :- (i) Withdraw able version ACB 415 Volts, 4 pole, 800 Amps capacity. (ii) Indipendent manual spring closing mechanism - 01. (iii) Shunt opening closingrelease-01. (iv) Kiosk box / enclosure shall be included unit rate (v) Racking in and out handle (vi) CT 800/5 one set (vii) Safety shutter. Servicing of LT indoor cubical panel, to check the main incoming LT ACB of any capacity, set the microprocessor relay as per existing load and replace the unserviceable parts and ensure the performance of ACB, check the incoming and outgoing MCCBs terminals and replace burnt thimples with new, ensure that there is no loose connection on panel complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only MCCBs, Bus bars will be measured & paid separately.

Servicing of LT indoor cubical panel, to check the main incoming LT MCCB , set the thermal relay as per existing load and replace the unserviceable parts and ensure the performance of panel, check the incoming and outgoing MCCBs terminals and replace burnt thimples with new, ensure that there is no loose connection on panel complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only MCCBs, Bus bars will be measured & paid separately.

Servicing of feeder pillar box any type removing unserviceable MCCBs, burnt busbars, unserviceable indicator lamps, unserviceable Ammeter, unserviceable Volt meter and fixing proper hanging front and rear openings, replace burnt thimpls with new existing size thimples complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only MCCBs, Bus bars will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for preparing surfaces by scrapping down old rusted paint from the surfaces of feeder pillar box and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour/ shade over a coat of red oxide primer and including testing complete all as specified and directed.
