Repair of HL Bridge over Phalphalia Nallah at 1st KM on RD Road to Bijapur Road in the district of Rayagada for the year 2025 26

Clearing and grubbing of road land including uprooting vegetation grass, bush, shrubs and trees of girth up to 300mm, with all labour, T&P, taxes & cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to adepth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000metres with all labour, T&P, taxes and cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of enbankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with lead and lift transporting to site by mechanical means within lead of 5kms, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 and clause 305 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing & applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion on prepaired sueface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60kg / sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface including clearing of road surfaces and spraying primer @ 0.20kg/ sqm using Mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications of Road & Bridge work (04th Revision).

Providin & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment & roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing , laying semi dence bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, primixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penitration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostaic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level on the alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc.complete as per direction of EIC.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work 2 coats to give an even shade including cost of paint.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2 of MoRD. 600mm equilateral triangle

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including stony earth and gravel mixed with boulders not exceeding 0.014 cum in volume, D.I.Rock & slushy soil with all leads, lifts, delifts including dressing and leveling the bed to design section and depositing excavated materials away from working area in spoil banks with all leads, lifts and delifts including dewatering, shoring, shuttering and propping of bullah piles and construction of coffer dam if required, bailing out water with all cost, conveyance, labour and cess and all other taxes, cess etc. complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand of good quality including watering and ramming with all labour, T&P etc complete to the required level including cost, carriage, royalty & cess of all materials etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Plain cement concrete M-15 grade in Foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Plain cement concrete M-15 grade in Sub-Structure complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Providing weep hole in plan / Reinforced concrete abutment/ wing wall / retaining wall with 100mm dia A.C. Pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V : 20 H towards drawing face complete with Cess etc. as per drawing and technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
