Dismantling the existing BER Lift of capacity 8 PS (544 Kgs) of any make complete with all accessories such as reduction gear assembly ,Traction machine, electric motor control panel, guide rails and cabins, landing door and car door wire rope etc serving G+6 upper floor installed in bldg at Navy Nagar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Before carrying out dismantling work of a particular lift the contractor shall first produce the procurement order for the entire material required for installation of new lift after the contractor shall obtain permission in writting from Engineer-in-charge to carryout dismantling of the existing lift in bldg Nos R-36A & B Wing, R-37A & B Wing, R-38A & B Wing, R-39 A & B Wing.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning 8 Passengers(544Kgs) Lifts suitable to serve G+6 upper floors in bldgs R-36A & B Wing, R-37A & B Wing, R-38A & B Wing, R-39 A & B Wing (8 PS) suitable to serve G+6 upper floors with AC variable voltage & variable frequency (VVVF drive) drive with closed loop complete with all standard accessories, simplex down collective operation with or without attendent stainless steel doors with hairline finish, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, full beam infrared sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (02 Nos, one each for car & ground floor and with one set in machine room ) all as specified below . (h) Car door and landing door at all floor : Automatic center opening with VVVF door drive, opening size 800mm x 2000mm, sliding type, fabricated bystainless steel sheet not less than 18 gauge having hairline finish (N-304). (j) Car enclosure : Standard manufacturing with MS frame & stainless steel sheet not less than 18 gaze with hair line finish (N-304), having stainless steel false ceiling with hairline finish, internal lighting arrangement with LED light fitting complete, internal vantilation system provided with concealed arial flow/cross flow fan with auto cut of system and stainless steel grill/wire mesh for protection. (k) Terminal buffers : Metal special spring buffers as per manufacturer specification. (l) Door opening (Inside) : Protected by automatic centre opening stainless steel doors with hairline finish doors with clear opening size 800mm x 2000mm. (o) Flooring : Aluminum chequered plate 5mm thick.

(P) Signals :- (i) Combined luminous hall buttons with digital hall position indicators at all floor. (ii) Vaccum filled display (VFD) for car position indicator of stainless steel and overload warning in car. (iii) One No car operating panel with Luminious buttons in car (stainless steel) (iv) Car direction indicator in car & Landing. (v) Battery operated alarm bell & emergency light (rechargeable) along with suitable maintenance free battery. (vi) Overload warning feature in car cabine (display and announcing type both). (vii) Fireman’s switch one No per lift to be installed at ground Floor near landing door. (viii) All signal fixture & car operating panel on stainless steel face plate with hair line finish. (ix) Full beam infrared sensor safety edge of door for entire height. (x) Built in announcing system without hand set 02 Nos.( One each in car& near ground floor landing door & one announcing system with hand set in machine room). (xi) The interior of the car should be provided with a device that audibly indicates the floor position of lift car has reached and indicates that car entrance/exit door is open or closed. (xii) stainless steel hand rail 40 mm dia all around 3 inside the car cabin. (p) Stops & Opening : 7:7 ( All opening on same side). (q) Safety device : As per OEM design Automatic rescue device (ARD) /automatic landing device to be operating with maintenance free batteries for landing as specified.Make: As per OEM specifications and approved drawing and design. (r) Operation : Simplex full collective, automatic operation with/without attendant. (s) Machine Room : Located above the hoist way. (Details as per appendix attached, however tenderer to inspect the sight before quoting). (t) Hoist-Way Constn : Existing at site, details as per Appendix attached however tenderer to inspect the site before quoting. (u) Regenerating AC- VVVF drive shall be of make:Yaskawa/Mitsubish uji/OTIS/Schindler /ESCON/ Monarch (v) Control system shall be enclosed loop type. (w) Door shall have AC-VVVFcontroled close loop operated. (x) Civil work : Necessary civil work such as making good disturbed surfaces, modification to landing space to suit to car size,necessary foundation to machine and one coat of white wash to lift shaft etc. (y) Face plate shape shall be rectangular and stainlees steel in hairline finish. (z) counter weight shall be of cast iron as recommended by OEM. (za) One number electrically operated siren, operating voltage 240 volts having audible range of 0.3 Km including independent switch inside of car cabin and connecting cables from car cabin to machine room. The siren shall be installed at appropriate place. (zb) One toughened looking mirror(of best quality) of size 1000mm x 1000mm x 4mm thick with silvered sheet frame. (zc) One number LED light to be connected with UPS for emergency lighting purpose.

Supply &Fix MCCB 4 pole, 40 Amps with 16A breaking capacity with thermal magnatic protection suitable for 415 Volts.

Dismantling and taking out old archtrave from landing door complete and disposing of the same to outside MD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Material & labour for 18mm thick mirror polished black granite slab, machine cut mirror polished cladding with chamfered/rounded edges approved decorative design including necessery PCC work granite slab & jointing in cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigement to match with shade of granite for lifts architrave at all floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable cable 4 core 50 sqmm and suppply and lay PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminimum conductor,1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 4 core 50 sqmm on wall of any height.

Supply and laying aluminimum strip of size 25x3mm from test point to lift machine room over the porcelain insulator provided at interval of 50 cm in such a way that aluminimum strip should not touch to the wall and their should not be sharm bends/kinks etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32 X 6mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel upto the test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to lifts including PCC earth pit with CI cover, GI funnel with wire mesh, GI protection pipe of 40 mm dia for earth lead and 20mm GI pipe for watering, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, filling the pit with charcoal and common salt surrounding the earth plate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including testing on completion.

Comprehensive maintenance and repair of fully automatic electrically operated passenger lifts of any make and installed capacity against Sch'A' Item 2 with a carrying capacity of 8 passenger (544 Kg) to serve 7th floor (G+6 floors) with a speed of 1.5 mtr/sec with gearless permanent magnet type single speed motor & AC variable voltage and variable frequency(VVVF) control automatic leveling device to bring the lift car to exact landing level.Simplex automatic operation with or without attendent including power operated,center opening stainless steel sliding door, Automatic rescue device ( ARD) system full beam infrared sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set ( 02 Nos, one each in car & near ground floor landing door) landing door with stainless steel hair line finish & indicators at each floor, in bldg No R-36'A' & 'B' Wing, R-37'A'&'B' wing, R-38'A' & 'B' wing, R-39'A'&'B' wing ( Total 08 Nos lift ) G+6 storey for four years all days including Sunday and holiday after expirey of defect liability period as shown below and all as speicified and directed by GE. Note :- Contractor shall carryout comprehensive maintenance( routine maintenance, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly) as per attached performa and maintain all the lifts in serviceable condition 24 hrs x 365 days with out any extra cost.
