Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in deep for laying UG cables and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any soil all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for crushed sand filling in trenches for cable crushioning below and above the cable complete all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge.

Supply & laying un -inforced pre cast concrete with flat cover Factory made Class HV, type 1, size 300x180x40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge.

Supply & laying un -inforced pre cast concrete cable cover LV type flat size, class type I 250x150x40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge.

M & L for disconnecting the HT & LT supply of capacity 400 to 750 KVA 11KV/ 0.433 KV transformer, draining out complete insulating oil from transformer kept on plinth including removing transformer top cover, explosion vent pipe and lifting the core from the shell/ tank , wash/ cleaning the core winding, internal surface of shell container with clean dry oil by flushing out by means of pump set, removing complete composite sludge through drain valve, stopping the leakages Reassembling top cover with conservator and explosion vent pipe, change of gasket for the top plate, cleaning oil level indicator and tightening all bolts and nuts & refilling new transformer oil through stream line filer to a required level with out any oil leakage, test & commissioning complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for TOP Up ( topping) insulating oil for transformer conforming to IS-3356 at different Transformers & different locations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less then 2.25m deep below ground level ) with top edge not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of GI bolts,nuts, check nuts,washers & GI strip ,protected by 50 mm bore medium grade GI pipe up to 7,5mtr distace including necessary charcol, salt & 20Kg Benzonite powder Funnel with wire mesh , watering pipe20mm dia medium grade excavation earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber , 50mm thick RCC cover with 6mm nominal reinforcement etc complete all as shown electrical plate No. 5 of MES schedule part I all as specified and directed . .

M&L for replacement of breather assembly transparent MS body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with silica gel blue in colour and suitable for fixing on existing pipe of size 15/20/25 mm dia or as per site requirement/ capacity of Transformer up to 750 KVA including taking down UNSV breather assembly complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Transformer Gaskets and seals made from a blend of nitrile rubber and cork complete for capacity 400KVA to 750KVA transformer including taking down UNSV gasket complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for finding cable fault with electronic fault detector in LT/HT UG cable of any size ranging from 25 to 400 Sqmm 3/ 3.5 core, complete including necessary earthwork all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only discharge rod suitable for 11 KV, having upper body made up of cast aluminium and lower body made up of FRP material with copper wire not less then 16 sqmm with clamp to fix on earthing, having length not less then 18 ft and diameter 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix in repairs gate valve (Gun metal), ISI marked of size 25mm including taking down old UNSV gate valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 120 sqmm, 3.5 core incl taking down unsv LT cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Cable jointing Kit for 11KV (E) grade cable for indoor cable End termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11 KV(E) XLPE cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sq mm 3 core with aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of E/M installations / campus surface dressing or trimming of branches of trees, cutting/ dressing of natural grass from ground to remove small unequalities n.exc 15 cm deep ( including removing vegetation / shrubs / brush wood / under-growth ), cleaning of drains & carrying away the rubbish to a distance of n.exc 50 mtr away complete, the area of installation up to 700sqm. at least 2 times in each installation at a interval of 3 months

Dismantling and taking down old UNSV and Supply, install, testing and commissioning of suitable size factory made in door type, dust and vermin proof, LT feeder pillar box double door, cubical and compartmentalized type with minimum depth size 500mm, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz, fabricated with 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet for outer side and 2mm thick inside complete with and including mounted on angle iron frame stand of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick 50 cm long leg, grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), spray painted inside and outside, powder coated of approved colour by Engineer-in-Charge, enclosed bus bar chamber with aluminium bus bar (04 Nos of rating capacity 400 Amps), mounted on PVC insulators, electric connection complete with from MCCB to main bus bar, cable glands, thimble complete with and including openable shutters butt hinged, locking arrangement including PCC work, excavation & earth work, taking down old rusted feeder pillar box complete and comprising supply and fix at P1 bldg staircase, Vikhroli for following complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. :-

Material and labour for straight Through Heat shrinkable type Cable Joint Kit including Jointing Materials for making Joints of LT UG Electric Cable 1100 Volt Grade Heavy Duty with XLPE insulated Aluminium Stranded Conductor size 50 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm x 3.5 Core and Testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dehydration of transformer oil through on load mobile stream line transformer oil filtration plant at site with all accessories connected to transformer and carrying out filtration of oil for desired dielectric strength ie not less than 45 KA at 4 mm gap.
