Taking down carefully (aluminium/copper) point wiring complete of any type (batten/ surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point socket point or power point complete with all fitting such as switches, sockets pendants, ceiling rose, round block etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster of tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as spcified and directed.

Taking down submain wiring Aluminium/ copper of any size including earth continuity condutor on teak wood or conduit and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing DB TPN 4 way and DB SPN 8 way including MCB/MCCB of any capacity and size and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with two runs of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed electric cable confirming to IS:694,1100 V grade AC,single core having multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area for phase & neutral in & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system & 1.5 sqmm green PVC insulated copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including galvanized boxes with ISI marked laminated sheet cover 3.00 mm thick complete for mounting switches ,sockets,fan regulators etc for the following complete all as specified and directed for one light point/fan point controlled by one switch.
