Taking down frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for, Door frame and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws,all as per architectural drawings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade,prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminaions fixed with EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket etc to aluminium frame in lower pane, complete all as specified and directed

S&F 5.5mm thick Sheet glass,ordinary quality and glazing fiexed to Aluminiu Partition with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane in upper portion, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Powder coated aluminium of any colour (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron ) anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings whereever required ,necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as door stopper double leged (1 No.). hinges type B-21 125mm long (3 Nos.) suitable handles 2 Nos including Mortice lock arrangment and frosted glass 5.5mm thk in upper panel and 12mm thick Prelaminated decorated on both face Particle board sheet in lower Panel .) for each shutter, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with old sized subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6 etc including demolition of brick work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size not exceeding 450x350x7mm or 350x250 x7mm thick as skirting/dado, wall, on vertical surface etc . ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile with and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 (if reqd in any portion), including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) etc. removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using, extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing paint on old surface of wall/ceiling and p apply one coats of oil bound distemper, complete all specified and directed.
