Disconnecting/Dismantling/Complete rewinding of 3 phase, 50 Hz, 2900 rpm, mono block/mono sub motor/pumping unit of 20 HP capacity by way of replacing damaged wiring of suitable gauge as per existing pitch at Central Heating System of GMC Anantnag The job includes P/F of lathoride sheets, bamboo sticks, varnishing, bearings and other consumable items required for carrying out such jobs. It also comprises replacement of damaged impellers, bushs, to and fro carriage after carrying necessary repairs/replacements and then refitting of the same and testing of it on full load at site. (The firm has to quote less by scrap value of the damaged copper wiring which is to be retained by the firm).
Replacement of damaged Mechanical water seal & bearing by way of dismantling the pump and then refitting a new mechanical water seal & bearing for a 20 HP Capacity Pump. The job includes to and fro carriage
