Supply and laying in trenches or fixing or passing through pipes or fixed to wall/in trenches 11000 volts grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cables (conforming to IS 7098 (Part- II) with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Havells/Gloster/Polycab/RPG/CCI

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m. wide and n. exc. 1.5 m. in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pire holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m. in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete and making good disturbed surafces all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling for cable cushioning including spreading and levelling as directed. Note :- Thickness for sand shall be measured after punning down.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Type 2, flat, size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 x 60 x 0.6 cms burried directly in ground vertically at a depth of not less than 2.25 Mtrs below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cms thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm size upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and protected by medium grade 50 mm dia 5 mtr long and connected to main control panel and GI pipe 20 mm medium grade as watering pipe including funnel, wire mesh, PCC Pit made up of PCC 1:2:4 type C2 and RCC cover 40 mm thick with 8 mm bar 15 c/c including excavation and earth work all as specified in SSR Part 1 2009 all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix hot dip galvanized steel perforated cable tray rectanglar type comprising of base plate at bottom fixed to wall with suitable size of channel and outer perforated cover clamped together with GI clamp and GI nut bolts and of suitable width ranging from 4 inch to 8 inch to be fixed on wall complete all specified and as directed. Note: Disturbed surfaces to be made good, price deemed inclusive of the quoted rate.
