Supply, erection/Installation & testing of MGPS system including of following accessories without basic system complete all as specified & directed.. a)Front loading double lock outlet with probe for Air4 (Puritan Bennett) connected through Air compressor for OT-I,OT-II,OT-III, Delivery Suite and 2 in Post Op Room including fitted on wall mounted with adapter ,flow meter, antistatic tubing up to the bed-06 Nos. b)15mm Copper pipe 90RM c)15mm Isolation Valve - 05 in Nos.

Supply, erection/Installation & testing of complete MGPS system including of following accessories Complete all as specified and as directed (a) Front loading double lock outlet with probe for Oxygen (Puritan Bennett) for OT-I,OT-II,OT-III,Delivery Suite , labour room and 2 in Post Op Room including fitted on wall mounted with adapter ,flow meter ,antistatic tubing up to the bed -07 Nos. (b) Front loading double lock outlet with probe for Vacuum Connected through Vacuum compressor (Puritan Bennett) for OT-I,OT-II,OT-III, Delivery Suite, labour room and 2 in Post Op Room including fitted on Wall mounted with adapter, flow meter, antistatic tubing up to the bed-07 Nos. (c) 15mm Copper pipe 80RM (d) 22mm Copper pipe 160RM (e) 15mm Isolation Valve-06 Nos. (f) 22mm Isolation Valve-06 Nos. (g) BPC flow meter with humidifier bottle -07 Nos (h) Ward Vacuum unit with 600 ml jar complete -07 Nos Notes for Item No 1 & 2 :- Manifold will be provided by the Jeevanti hospital for SI Item No 1 and the installation charges and other accessories required for installation of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the respective items.

Supply, Erection & testing of MGPS system including of following accessories complete all as specified and as directed . 'ANESTIWATA AIR COMPRESSORS TYPE:-100% OIL FREE'' Model No. TFS10C-9S-9E, Tank capacity 90ltrs,1 HP motor CFM 5.34(151 LPM). With dryer, filter, main line, pressure regulator with drain valve . Notes for Item No 3 :- (a) One No Air compressor will be provided by the Jeevanti hospital in addition to the compressor catered as S & F under this (Sr No 3) item and the installation charges and other accessories required for installation of this additional compressor is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective items. Notes for Item No 1 to 3 :- (a) Necessary civil works / repairs such as cutting / drilling / making hole in the wall /false ceiling etc for passing of gas pipe line, cable is and packing / closing the extra hole in the wall / false ceiling deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the items. (b) All colour coding of Medical Gas pipe line should be adopted as applicable in Military hospital of India and the rates for colour coding the pipe line is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply, laying, joining & testing of LT XLPE insulated & sheathed armoured electric cables with multi stranded aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/ ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes & aluminium lugs for connection for cross- sectional area 50 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB, single pole, 6-32 Amp, 240 Volts, 'C' Curve 10KA all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB, triple pole and neutral , 63 Amp, 415 Volts, 'C' series 10 KA all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure (DB) for MCBs, 4 way, triple pole and neutral, 415 Volts, double door with 200 Amps rated bus bars complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sub main wiring 2 runs of 10 sq mm PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded, 1100 volts copper conductor cable and one run of 10 sq mm PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded copper conductor cable through PVC Conduit including all accessories all as specified and as directed. Note : 3 runs of 10 Sq mm cable and 1 run of PVC Conduit shall be measured as single run
