Annual maintenance contract for operation and maintenance of Biogas plant behind Tapti building at Anushaktinagar, Mumbai.

OPERATION: Removal of unwanted waste from wet garbage received and weighing the suitable wet garbage for processing to Biogas plants, loading on platform for fine seggregation,chopping & crushing the wet garbage and mixing of desired quantity of water & feeding into crusher units including satisfactory operation of all the machineries of Biogas plants (6x500kg each) and handing over the unwanted garbage to H&CM section.Daily checking of healthiness of Biogas plant machineries, condition of digesters in respect of pH values, etc. and all other works as required for satisfactory operations of plants, as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note:- Quantity for 12 months =361days 1. To run the plant as a minimum of 6 operators and 4 helpers are required on daily basis. 2. To avoid formation of cakes in digester tanks adequate manpower for stirring the material in primary/main digester tank shall be deployed.Removal of chockage from main digester tank shall be carried out as and when required.Shutdown for 1-2 days for removal of cakes should be done as required. 3. Charging of all tanks with good quality cowdung are in 2 months.Three digesters to be charged at a time to make other three digesters available for processing. (Note:-Cowdung required for the work will be paid under relevant item. 4. Daily processing of wet garbage should be around 250 kgs each tank (not applicable for plants under preventive maintenance) and the plants shall be operate as per practice vogue. However this can be improved as feasible.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE: Quarterly Preventive maintenance of Biogas plant's equipments like-pumps and motors(upto 5 HP), starters,compressor units,crusher units,etc. Attending daily complaints all as per terms & conditions, scope of work & as per the clause no.1 mentioned in Annexure - I & as directed by EIC. (Qty = 12 Months).

SS 304 Blade for Chrusher: 'Fabrication, Supply, Installation Test and Commissioning of Supply of SS 304 Blade 240mm dia and 6 mm thick to be fabricated as per drawing/actual and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

FRESH COWDUNG: Supply of good quality cowdung culture in all of the digester tanks. Approximately total of 9000 kg per annum. (i.e. 300 kgx 6 nos. Digester tanks = 1800 kg) (Qty:-once in two month) as directed by EIC. Total quantity for 12 months = 6 job

PAINTING: Spray Painting of Main Digester tank, Pre-digester tank, Slurry tank, Holding tank, Floating dome, air compressor, pipes, Operator stand and other equipments related to plant with 2 coats of red oxide and 1 coat of synthetic enamel paint of M/s Asian / Berger make, naming & numbering of tanks, pipes,(arrow marks on pipe line) direction of rotation of pump set, ect. at plat site , Anushaktinagar. as directed by EIC NOTE: 1.Before applying of paint external steel surfaces of machines & accessories etc. shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove rust / scale.

WELDING AND FABRICATION: Fabrication, Supply and fixation of suitable metallic fixtures /M.S or S.S. . support or stand for plat equipments, NRV, repair / fabrication of base plate for compressor, feeding tables, pump set, covers for man hole, suction chambers & support for pipe lines etc by using all levels of steels stricture like MS or S.S. angles, channels, I- beam, MS flats, MS plate, chequered plate & Ms bar etc .with two coat of steel primer & one coated of synthetic Enamel paint of M/s Asian / Berger make & complete all as per required & directed by EIC.

HIRING OF HYDRA: Hiring of Hydra for lifting, & moving of digester tanks, dome and heavy pipes/specials etc. (to complete the job. NOTE: a) Hiring for 8 hrs will be considered as one job. b) If the breakdown is attended is less than 8 hrs than JCB shall be utilized for balance hrs as per instruction & directed by EIC with in Anushaktinagar.

Supply & spraying liquid Phenyl for cleaning the surface area of shreading machine and surrounding of work place area. Cleaning of shreading room, floor , mopping on daily basis .- Make : Tetra Fresh or equivalent approved make, as per following techanical specification packing type : - bottle Color : Green Clean Type : Multipurpose Ph value : 6 - 7 as per instruction & directed by EIC. use 1 ltr per day so for 12 months = 361days X 1 = 361 Litres.

Supply & spreading Bleaching powder at Bio gas plant for sparing over dry and wet slug, surrounding outlet tank etc. In order to reduce the bad smell on daily basis, as per instruction & directed by EIC. Uses 1 Kg per day so for 12 months = 361 days X 1 = 361 Kg.

Cleaning of Biogas Slurry / Sludge outlet tanks (by Cleaning Machines): Cleaning of Biogas Slurry outlet tanks : - Removal of wet/dry slurry & disposal the same through BMC approved tankers. Tankers must be approved and register by BMC. After removing slurry from tank, clean the tank manually using portable water available for washing tank using Jet spray and de-watering the water from slurry tank. Slurry/ sludge should not dispose inside colony. As per direction and instruction of Engineer-In-Charge NOTE: 1.Biogas outlet tank capacity 6000 Ltrs *2 = 12000 Litrs. 2. cleaning shall be doen in once in a 2 month = 6 cycle for 12 months
