Material and labour walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:4 all a specified.

All as per item No 5 but except stone.

Material and labour Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncouresed or brought up to course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour Pre-cast cement concrete in Type B1 1:2;4 using using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour rendering 15 mm thick CM1:4 on concrete / brick surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement

Material and labour extra for framing fair finished drain or channel up to 60cm in inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/ stopped ends etc.

Returning, filling in soils, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with soil.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

Material and labour for Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc. basement slabs, and mass concrete all as specified.

Material and labour TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Material and labour TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Ditto all as item No 16 but 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

Material and labour for Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete M25 (design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified.

Supply and fix 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single soketed in any length with rubber joints laid in trenches all as specified.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed and including necessary form work completed.

Supply and fix Mild steel work as in angle iron horn in post and struts in fencing including setting and benching to shape required, drilling holes, notching for wire and fixed in posn etc complete conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick broken glass coping in cement mortar 1:3 on the top of the walls complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing concertina coil of 600mm dia (in stretched position) hot deep galvanised MS steel wire center to center bard distance 48 mm , thickness of strip 50 mm length of barb 10.5 mm , diameter of spring wire 2.5mm , number of sperial (No of turns) 50/51 per coil , clips per spiral 15 approx weight 8.25kg/coil ( recommended coil stretch length 6m) coated with CLR ante corrosive coating making diamond shape with the help of devotail clip (18 SWG) fixed over barbed with the angle iron the concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points where coil touched the bottom barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG ) confirming with IS as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specied and directed.

Supply and fixing barbed wire galvanised steel 2 strand 2.24 mm dia with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and stringing and fixing to fencing posts including securing or tying with and previous of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc and all as specified and directed (each line of horizontal or diagonal wire shall be measured separately).
