Supply and fix 12 mm thick Gypsum board suspended false ceiling placed in the grid of size 605 x 605 mm with aluminium anodised angle/channel/Tee section duly suspended with 4 mm dia GI hanger fixed with GI hooks 4 mm dia and fastner as required at the site including two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Details of section are as Under:- (i) Aluminium angle 25mm x25mm x1.5mm thick. (ii) Aluminium Cross Tee 25mm x25mm x1.5mm thick. (iii) Aluminium main TEE 25mm x35mm x1.5 mm thick.

Supply and fix Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall and ridge, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth proction and filling the joints with bituminious joint filler in bitumen sand ratio 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour Roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane as under :- (a) Material and Labour Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm of area. (b) Material and Labour 20mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4. (c) Material and Labour for applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm and allow to dry. Material and Labour 24/25mm thick Pre polished designed coloured cement concrete chequerred tiles of size 400X400 mm jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white or coloured to match including over 20 mm thick screed bed CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 4.8mm thick tinted sheet glass, ordinary type with oil putty, in square exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan AC single phase 240 V of size 300mm sweep, 1400 RPM with louver specially designed by Kitchen in domestic ventilation metal body and blade powder coated metallic finish heavy duty motor and protective bird guard including cutting the existing brickwall in square / round type suitable for fixing exhaust fan including cement work with grouting 4 nos long bolts, nuts, washer and making good to disturbed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 and finished the surface with two coats of acrylic distemper of existing finish over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge. Make:- USHA Cat part no. 300mm S.PH TURBO HDEF 1400 RPM GREY ISI or Make:- Crompton cat Part no. EXHD300-4-1 or make :- Havells cat Part No.TURBO FORCE SP.

Supply and laying dry coarse sand as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 Cm (15 Cm under the cable & 8 Cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 Cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying in trenches Bricks, sub class 'B' over burnt (kiln burnt) old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Materials and Labour Cutting existing road / path etc for taking out cable and proction pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces with cement concrete type C2 ( 1:3:6, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) of suitable depth complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Ceiling fan AC Single Phase 240 Volts of size 1200mm sweep, metal body and 3 blade, including all fixing arrangements 'S' hook completeall as specified and asd irected. Make:- Usha cat part No. NABILA 1 STAR W/OREG or Make:- Havells cat part No.SS 390 METALLIC or Crompton cat part No.Aura metallic.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volt grade 25 Sqmm 3.5 core in trenches/ duct/floor/wall with provision of saddle and lugs, joints etc including connection complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volt grade 16 Sqmm 2 core in trenches/ duct/floor/wall with provision of saddle and lugs, joints etc including connection complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volt grade 16 Sqmm 3core fixed along the building wall with clamp etc including connection complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge including taking out old unserviceable XLPE cable.

Supply and fixin repairs Galvanized iron pipe, 40mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in floor , walls for cable proction complete all as specified & directed.

Materials and labour Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 Cm x 60 Cm x 6.00 mm thick buried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI wire 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel, GI strip projected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe and other end connected to earth test point as directed including funnel with watering pipe 20 mm bore light grade galvanised iron, wire mesh, charcoal or coke common salt laid in alternative layer of 15 cm (complete thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 50 mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 normal mix cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 10 Cm c/c both ways and single handle of 10 mm dia round bar including necessary excavation, earth work etc. in soft / loose soil and disposal pf soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and necessary testing on completion all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.
