Supply of Desktop Computers and UPS to various offices of CESC Mysore

a) The Bidder should be a Manufacturer/ Authorized supplier of the tendered material and should have the registration/ license certificate issued by competent authority. b) The Bidder shall have registered offices in India and shall be in existence for the last 3 years. Bidder shall have service Centre in Karnataka.

Bidder should be registered under GST, PAN. Also, Bidder(s) should furnish the ESI registration certificate, if applicable for the bidding company as per ESI Act.

The Annual Turnover of the Bidder in at least two financial years in any of the previous five financial years i.e., (FY 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24,2024-25) should not be less than Rs.7.83 Cr

The liquid assets of the Bidder on or after the notification or at a later date, before submission of the bid shall not be less than 25 percentage (Rs.1.96Cr) of the amount put to tender. Liquid Asset shall include the following issued from any Nationalized, Scheduled Commercial Bank. Cash at Bank, Term deposits, Availability of fund based credit facility. If the Bidder has banking with more than one bank, then the available liquid assets mentioned above on or after the notification or at a later date, before submission of the bid shall be the same date for all the banks

The Bidder should have ISO 9001-2008 or above version pertaining to QMS (Quality Management System) and ISO 27001-2013 or above version pertaining to ISMS (Information Security Management system) certification related to information technology as on the date of the tender notification. Bidder should own these Certificates as on the date of tender notification

Even though the Tenderers meet the above criteria, they are subject to be disqualified if they have made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements and or record of poor performance such as not properly completing the contract, inordinate delays in completion, litigation history, or financial failures etc. and/or participated in the previous Tender for the same type of supply and had quoted unreasonably high tender prices and could not furnish rational justification. As on date of submission of the bid, the Bidder should not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices with any of the State government or Central Government or PSU or Municipal agencies in India or Abroad at the time of submission. OR As on date of submission of the bid, the Bidder must not have been blacklisted or banned or debarred. OR As on date of submission of the bid, the Bidder whose contracts have been short closed due to non-performance or hose Letter of Award (LOA) is withdrawn by the owner due to inefficiency of the bidder in performing or implementing assigned project in technically/ financially are not eligible to participate in this bid. Note-This shall also be applicable to all Original Material Manufacturer (OEM) and subcontractors if any

The Bidder should have experience for supply, Installation, Configuration and Commissioning of 80% of the prime tendered items i.e., Desktop Computers in any of the State/ Central/ Union Territory Governments or any Govt undertaking companies in Karnataka. The cost of Purchase Order/ Order should not be less than 80% i.e., Rs.7.39 Cr

The bidder shall be a Desktop Computers and UPS provider company and an OEM an authorized dealer/ distributor for the required items and should have experience of three years in manufacturing /supplying of tendered items and they should be able to supplyTop Five 3rd Quarter 2025 (3Q2025) IDC Ranking brand Desktop Computers, excluding restricted-origin products under Land Border Clause.
