BOQ (REPAIR TO SECURITY WALL, COMPOUND WALL, SECURITY FENCING AND PATH CERTAIN MISC WORKS AROUND TECHNICAL AREA AT 33 FAD DAPPAR UNDER AGE(I) DAPPAR.)

Demolition of stone or brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on otherthan fair faces of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ as per manufacturer instruction per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant cement priming paint on plastered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for raking out joints/pointing to brick work or brick tiles , laid flat , in floors built in cement mortar , surface channels , roofs etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for keyed pointing to brick-tile fecing, with tiles laid flat in stretcher course in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old barbed wire from posts and removing from MOD land, complete all as specifed and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc., complete all as specifed and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling, mass concrete and for embedding posts (including caps and bases), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing of size 50mmx50mm, 3.15mm thick, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-Charge. Note-Weight of chain link fencing shall be assessed by BOO

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for mild steel screws bolt (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads one end screwed, each screwed end have one washer and one nut, dia of shrunk 5mm-10mm and length of bolt exc 5cm and not exc 10cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mildbsteel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Restraining and re-securing barbed wire fixed in repairs fencing including making good staples etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape requiredas in tying rod for chain link fencing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for reinforced cement concrete nominal mix 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressumers, lintel over 1.5m span, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for reinforced cement concrete nominal mix 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate for columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork for square or rectangular sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for mild steel Framed work such as grills, ladder, cooler stand, cloth drying provision, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete including fabrication, welding work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area outside of the MOD land, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 60mm thick precast cement concrete (M-35) colour rubberised factory made, machine pressed interlocking paver blocks, with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2021 as approved by AGE(I), laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion consolidated properly before and after laying of paver block including dismantling of paver blocks, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labourn for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, benching and similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, coping, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including form work as applicable, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) kerb stones, copings, kneelers, apexstones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintleblocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing in repairs with required dia 450mm upto 3m height of wall with existing angle 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T stud tied with G.I. clips to retain horizontal necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T) /spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) of supreme make or equivalent and weight 43.478 gm/meter, complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 18 of tender documents.
