Taking down old unserviceable light fitting of any type and wattage.

Labour only for attending of security, solar, garden light complaints, repair of misc E/M wks, checking of existing electrical circuits i.e. LT OH and UG cable, nature switches & other accessories, PB, MCCB incomer/out going etc. for continuous electrical supply, detection of nature of fault/defect carrying out minor repairs etc. as required to make the items functional and incl tightening of loose connections, taking down lights and refixing the same after necessary repairs, replacing defective items provided under relevant items of BOQ here-in-after as supply only items. The item rate included for repairs items/materials i.e. fuse, thimbles, small wires of any size and description unto 0.5 mtr, screw washer etc., along with suitable T & P, safety equipment & other necessary device, every day excl Sunday and Holiday complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only High performance LED Flood light fitting/luminaires of 120 watt power consumption, made out of die cast aluminium housing, hermitically sealed to achieve IP 66 ingress protection, optical compartment shall be provided with heat resistant toughened glass, while control gear shall be provided with die cast aluminium cover for safety. The LED's used in street light should be ANSI standard rated LED with CCT of with useful L70 life of 50000 hours including multistage current constant voltage topology driver suitable to operate in input voltage range of 150V to 270V (nominal rated voltage-240V) with minimum 3KV surge protection. Power factor greater than 0.90 and total harmonic distortion (THD) of less than 10% should be integral to the luminaire complete all as specified and directed. Supply only LED 10 watt garden light, Bollard triangular with aluminium housing and polymer diffuser 600mm length IP 65 complete all as specified and directed. (Note- The item fixing only in under BOQ item No 02)

Supply only 1.0 sqmm solid aluminium single core PVC cable for street lights from ACSR conductor to PVC connector including PVC connector complete all as specified and directed. (Note- The item fixing only in under BOQ item No 02)

Supply only single phase PVC connecter 5 amps with brass screw both side complete all as specified and directed. (Note- The item fixing only in under BOQ item No 02)

Supply only LED driver for 70 street lights complete all as specified and directed. (Note- The item fixing only in under BOQ item No 02)

Supply only LED driver for 90 street lights complete all as specified and directed. (Note- The item fixing only in under BOQ item No 02)

Supply only 40 AH battery for solar light complete all as specified and directed. (Note- The item fixing only in under BOQ item No 02)

Supply only street light bracket on RCC/Steel tubular pole made out of 40 mm dia bore G I Pipe light grade of length not less than 1.2 mtr bend to required shape for holding the fitting with providing the clamp nut, bolt and washer etc. of required size and 02 nos mild steel supporting clamps shall be made out of flat iron of size 40mmx5 mm of requisite length mild steel work shall be painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Supply only LED post top, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and RUBY (CLEAR)-IP-65 protection of 40 watt, 6000K, 240 volt, 50 Hz.. (Note- The item fixing only in under BOQ item No 02)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtrs wide & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth as in soft/ loose soil & getting out complete all as spfd & directed.

Returning , filling in spreading, levelling, watering & well Ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as spfd & directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50mtr & deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for bricks common burnt sub class B designation for protection of cable complete all as spfd & directed.

M/L for natural local river sand for cable protection.

M&L in replacement of 10 sqmm 2 core XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cables with Stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, passing through trenches/ducts/pipes and climbing on poles/walls including fixing with proper size of aluminium lugs. For the following sizes. NOTE:- 1. Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying or fixing in replacement GI tubes light grade 40 mm dia, on place of rusted GI pipe in support of cables, on pole/wall/laid in floor/in trenches.

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
